An aggressive assistant GM to work with Adams, real scouts and a billionaire or what ever the hell he is, willing to open up his purse like he did for the Bills. A coach who can build a winning culture in the coffin of NHL. Otherwise, SOSDD.

Hell of a season

The nhl is the worst league in terms of handling COVID issues. Remember there was an illegitimate Stanley Cup last season but what was legit is how the players were handled, in a bubble. Obviously you can’t do that in an extended season but it appears that buttman is happy they’re playing and refuses to establish any meaningful restrictions or protocols to deal with a substantial health issue. I don’t blame the Sabres this time for their complaints. The last go round with a covid riddled team aptly named the devils has really put them in a situation where they seem to be unable to get restarted. Just random thoughts from a 50+ year follower. This can’t suck enough.

Hey kids, this can only get worse. They’ll finish the season with the gentle, philosophical coach. I’d love to see them lose every remaining game. I’d also like to see the league get involved in this dumpster fire. BINGO
