Yeah, I'd take Hall for the kind of package that brought in Skinner, however, I don't think theres a NMC clause hindering Hall's movement and a team looking to make a deep run would pony up a bigger package than what the Sabres would offer.

There is zero chance Hall will sign here. He's already set for life money wise and will get paid regardless of where he signs, which will be a team that's a perennial playoff contender. Eichel is definitely entering the "elite" stage of the NHL. The only thing I need to see from here on out is consistency through the rest of the season. I just looked at the NHL stats and Jack is #7 in the league with 35 points. Top 4 scores are McDavid, Draisaitl, Marchand and Pasternack. Those pairs play together and are padding each others stats. Ovetchkin and Carlson are also in the top 10 and I'm guessing they've combined for a bunch of spots. That leaves Mackinnon, Eichel, Kane and Panarin as the only other players in the top 10 doing it by themselves....that's elite company right there.

Please score a power play goal. It's unfathomable just how bad it's been. 1 for 37 has to be one of the worst stretches in league history, no? Anyone who knows how to pull these stats let us know what's the worst stretch ever? Are we close? Who had the worst power play in the regular season?

Also, I caught the second half of the third and ot using the spotty wifi from my hotel room in mexico, I was essentially watching the sabres rendered through NHL 94 graphics. Even with basic visual queues it was hard to follow the game called by Dunleavy, everything about this team is a seeping *****.

I have the same experience with the app, getting caught in an endless loop of commercials....so frustrating. Sometimes es I'll turn it on in the background and only be half listening and then after 10 minutes realize ifs been not stop ads. Such garbage.

If mojo stays our 2c next season jbot should be fired. He created that hole and would have had two seasons to address that need.
