    I think the whole tank thing is pretty easy to define. Many people want a superstar on this team and the suffering only has to continue 4 more months. Me, I'll take 30th place right now and be happy. I will also be the first to admit that when we were almost 2 points from 8th, I wanted to win that game. My ridiculous look at a playoff spot lasted all of 2 periods this season. I am now completely fine with going back to my normal mindframe (Sabres and Edmonton are the 2 worst teams in the league.

    This may be the first game where I actually start thinking about playoffs if they pull it off. The tank is dead and the rest of the season is alive. Time to drop the draft talk and start talking about a trade/FA to get this team to the next level.

    Aren't we going to need a starting goalie that can win games when the rest of the team is ready to make a run? How do we know Enroth is not that guy? Is Neuvirth? I don't know but I certainly don't want to add another hole to this roster that they have to find next year anyway......

    when Buffalo team plays a team like Fla, I could not care less about it. A win means nothing and in the case if this year, it hurts. Put Montreal, Toronto or Boston out there, different emotions.

    This is the most excited I have been to watch a game all year. Similar to the Habs back to back, I am very curious to see how they play tonight against a more rested Tampa team. If Buffalo gets squashed, so be it. If they hang all game long, it will really redefine what is going on with the youngsters and force me to re-evaluate what really is best for this team.
