Anderson made a hasek like save there in the 2nd, he was solid enough, though some rebounds left a bit to be desired. He was hung out to dry a bit there as well. TT needed this game, he was in front and his length just made it impossible to be stopped. F Domi, and F the refs for that call, should be reviewable. I hate Toews face, not as bad as Marchand, but it's punchable

I hate that damn turn and drop pass they do, not only was it terrible when we had better players doing it, it's even slower and more obvious right now. Every time I see Owen Power on the PP he is like an arthritic old man attempting that, by the time the trailer gets the puck to get "speed" the play is already squashed by the opposition. We play very tenative on the PP and idk why, we need to coach something up here that's different. Being 10% worse than the last place PP IS a major problem and one that will cost us valuable points in a playoff race.

That was some circa RK sabres hockey that period. What's important is to come out in the 2nd with a better effort at a minimum.

It's not as sensitive, but it is still very diagnostic in the acute phase, if there's a complete tear, it's going to be seen right away. X rays have a much more false negative in the setting of occult bone fracture than mri does doe complete ligament tear.

Thankfully my RBs went crazy today, Andrews with only 0.40 points was such a back breaker.

I have never cared for analytics that much, and I am too old to start caring now 😂😂, I do know that the 2nd period of this game and the Oilers game could have caused a significantly different outcome and we wouldn't be as excited as we are now. I think we are flawed a bit, goaltending is solid but may regress a bit, but we are an actual NHL team this season and I'm enjoying it.

Pens and Bruins are just lighting it up. The East appears to be quite tough, Ottawa, Montreal and Florida all playing well. Glad to see the start we got as it will be needed if we are thinking of sniffing playoffs.

Without an MRI, I'm not so sure. An xray and physical exam can only tell so much and I think that's all that's available at the arena. Fingers crossed it's just a mild sprain.

I wasn't home, I tried finding the game on Espn+ on my phone but it was blacked out. Eventually I was able to download the msg go app and log in with my Spectrum cable and watch the 3rd. This was the total opposite of the Oilers 3rd period and a really strong game by our boys in blue (white). Comrie doesn't waste much movement in his saves. Dahlin is stepping it up Tuch > Eichel and it's not even close. The rookies are growing. D still needs a little work, Joki and Bryson need upgrades, but that'll come with time and Boosh being healthy. Who else is getting excited?!
