I am taking the ferry from Quebec to Levis today. I'm going to ice skate and eat poutine. I make this trip every January. I used to stream the Sabres whenever I could, but they won't steal any of my time away anymore. The Bills would have if they had won last week but alas, here we are.

It's crap. I skiied Le Massif today, it's amazing. But even up here they barely had the ability to open up the mountain until after the holidays. Luckily the rain didn't hit this far north, but I saw pics of Holiday Valley today and man, that's just so sad.

I like Quinn and Peterka. That's about it. Tage is a shell Rasmus is not a very good D Man right now. Cozens is a tire fire. Okposo is a turtle. Skinner is a Selfish Ballerina VO has one thing only and we don't even see that. The coaches.... I think we know. Even Sabre tooth can't operate a t shirt cannon anymore. He used to shoot to the oranges at the aud.. Not it's OK trickler to the lower bowl.

I found a stream laying here in bed. I may watch this crap storm unless I fall asleep. The crepe place in the AM I wanna go to doesn't open until 11...so I got time 😜

My main hope is that Brady gets to open up the O with a completely new system. I'm under the impression that he had to use some of Dorseys this year and I'm not sure I'm versed in football enough to know if that really makes a huge difference.

After that Bills loss, I'm not sure I care to watch. I'm up In Quebec city for the week. Man I would love for the Nordiques to come back, the locals are still frenzied up here, they built a new arena and everything, but said it's 1 Billion to get a team and the city just doesn't have that. Hanging at the Strom nordik spa until it closes, then skiing Mt St Anne and Le Masif this week, Ice hotel tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a good game for those who watch, I'll peek on the score perhaps. Salut!

Not overly intentionally, they just aren't getting my hockey blood pumping anymore. I used to love it, love the game, love the freaking sabres. I flew to Sweden to see them lay an egg in Stockholm. What I see now, most nights is just not a team. I don't need 1970s brawling, but I do need to see more than I did tonight. I see a GM choke again, I see VO getting ice time when he should be on a bus in the Ahl. A PP that still stands still and have no clue, the only goal we got was a lucky play Off a defender. Maybe they'll flip a switch and start on fire, but I've seen this show before too many times, 12 years is the breaking point it appears I hope they prove me wrong too. I just think they have buried themselves too far.
