Dahlin’s strangest attribute is how he’s like a chameleon defensively. Put him with a good positional dman, he suddenly becomes better at positional defensive play. Put him with a physical guy and his physicality increases; put him with a train wreck like Butcher and his defensive game goes belly up. I really have no clue how to figure that out lol

I still believe if there was a trade out there that wasn't absurd, like trading our 1st for a goalie, we would have done so already. Most of our trade target ideas have been just as bad as what we have already. Korpisalo and Georgiev for instance.

For starters I just really wanted to put Der Fuhrer in something lol. Poloncarz is a wannabe despot who is just another power hungry politician so I felt is worked pretty well. If it were Communistic styled I'd of called him Premier Poloncarz for the additional alliterative appeal. Also its more about the idea than anything else; I'm fully vaccinated and boostered so why should my family and I be punished and inconvenienced for the short comings of others. That isn't the government's job nor right. My little sister has Downs and is touch and go with masks; as for me, as an asthmatic, it makes it harder to breathe when I'm moving around. I'm not someone who will refuse to wear one and cause trouble for the completely innocent workers caught in the crossfire but I should be allowed to complain about it without being being insulted or crucified on social media. Doesn't help my general mood that Twitter is a cesspool of hypocrites who demonize and belittle people who say China made "COVID-19" while those same people applaud the conspiracy of the CIA killing JFK. Conspiracies are just that, conspiracies; and the extreme difference in their treatment by Twitter itself and the many users is rather telling. But that's a whole different topic.

I have the vaccine and the booster already; but I know a person who literally can't have the vaccine due to allergies. (They are allergic to one of the ingredients) Why should they be ostracized? I doubt any owner would ever take the blame for their team's screw ups; that's literally holding the Pegulas to an unrealistic standard. Financial Issues, potentially, the Sabres specifically however are far more likely than the Pegulas personally too much of a jerk to fess up, already explained this one above. An owner will rarely if ever apologize for bad on-ice/field etc performance instead blaming everyone else, I agree but seeing as blame has to go somewhere it doesn't exactly mean much treating his players like cattle.. is not really true in Buffalo. Our players have a great locker room, and quite a lot of perks with the job. Most players leave fond of their treatment but angry/bitter about the results. I'll take Lehner's situation with a grain of salt seeing as they got rid of the staff members involved years ago and Eichel had already decided he wished to be traded and the Sabres did nothing against the CBA in regards to him. this isn't going to end well, for us we have no clue; hopefully we are turning things around at this time

Krebs got nearly kneed down in OT for no penalty. Malone bumps Frost from behind gets called. Samuelsson blocked 2 crucial shots on the PK Quinn & Peterka with SO goals to win. Quinn had a Patrick Kane style goal.

Doubt Bjugstad will ask for his money back after that BS pulled by the coach.
