Went to the standings just to check on something and was struck by this. Does anybody know the last time the Sabres weren't eliminated from the playoffs in April. I know it's inevitable, but I still found it interesting. Maybe they haven't even made it to April since this decade of ass began. A better question may be what is the latest that they have been eliminated. Just curious.

Earlier in the year, I was told that there were a whole bunch of other reasons why attendance was down. I didn’t buy it then, I buy it even less now. It ramped up because the team is playing great hockey and is worth going to see now. I believe that for some, just seeing RJ’s banner being raised would not have been enough to get them to go.

But according to some, it’s not the performance of the team. Yeah, right. 😂
