Given the circumstances, 1-0 is fine. After their loss yesterday, Ah'Twah came out charged up and scored early. The Sabres came out a little flat after their big win yesterday and held them off, for the most part. Let's see who these teams are in the second.

I'm pretty sure that that team is all him. The goals I saw, he had no chance.

PSA Levi and N'Eastern are down 3-1 in the second against #9Harvad in the 2nd. Strike that. They just made it 3-2.

I want to take this as a separate posts, because I'm not really sure if I've heard either of these. (at least not this season) 1. In my mind, there is no "out of the playoffs" until there is, or at least until the end of January when things become apparent. 2. Good teams are still good teams, but I'm still remaining cautiously optimistic until we start seeing starting goaltending on a regular basis. It certainly has been some of the more wonderful hockey to watch (sans losing streak) in quite some time. If 6K can keep this up, we could absolutely be looking at the playoffs.

So, while watching the replay, I realized that the 6(7?) men on the ice, for their go ahead goal, probably didn't change anything in that game. Yes the Sabres would have gotten a power play, but they hadn't scored yet on it, and Boston's kill was really good. The only difference is that it would have been 2-2 heading into OT.

So did Thompson. In every period. If he just made the easy play, instead of trying to force the cute play, I think he could be really good. He set up Thompson for two prime scoring chances in OT the shift before they won and Tage pooched them both. I thought Thompson did not have a great game yesterday (other than his goal, of course.)

It is in Boston. Dude,… it was absolutely special. I’m going to watch it again right now. 😂 I’m going to keep my i out for that. He is the personification of everything I hate about Boston sports.

When he skated off the ice pumping his fists, did he look like someone who lost the fight? How the heck can anyone complain about the 5-3? They couldn’t not call those, cuz, ya know, they were obvious penalties. I thought there was plenty of other stuff that was way more egregious. The handful of Tuch’s jersey in overtime for one thing. I didn’t even know about Marchand being the sixth guy until now.

The Sabres owe us a goal.
