So much for enjoying a fun win

Out of curiosity, how much of your list was brought in by Botterill? Simmonds maybe?

Who doesn’t love a good snow game?

Do we always have the same guys lined up against the left guard/tackle or are they rotating all over the place?

First? It never even crossed the line.

Well at least we know he’ll handle the firing properly, seeing as how the guy doesn’t make any mistakes.

And he’s a second year pro with 41 NHL games under his belt already. I’d say he’s already been given more time than most players at that point. There’s been no need for him so far this year. We’ll have to see if he’s given some time if and when the injury bug hits.

Oops, typo on my earlier post. I meant to say that Roy wasn’t waiver eligible. And I would have swore that we lost Thorburn prior to the lockout. It all blurs together. Also, he was with Atlanta/Winnipeg for so long that I just assumed they claimed him, not Pittsburgh.

Roy started the year in the AHL too, didn't he? But he wouldn’t have been waiver eligible at that point.

And another note, 2005 would be the first year of the shoot out, right? I wonder how many of those 15 wins came from a shootout. That team was good so I’m assuming most were legit wins.

Did they ever say what got Montgomery fired in Dallas?
