Tyrod with an efficient TD drive. QB controversy!đ
-
Well, either way, right now I see one side presenting evidence and the other throwing cliches around. I wonder if the who will get in the way of an eventual apology.

Tinted windows like that, heâs probably lucky they couldnât see him pull out the phone. Id love to see the actual driving infractions and how quickly it all occurred because thatâs a lot of bikes on him.

I really donât want to see a single second of the ongoing PR battle this week between Hill and the police. Give me body cam footage or give me nothing.

UFA Defenseman Mark Giordano Talking to Sabres per His Agent

You want to know the funny part? I originally was going to add at the end of that post: âIâm waiting for your response (not you, weave).â Now I really wish I had included that. -
UFA Defenseman Mark Giordano Talking to Sabres per His Agent

To be fair, the agent saying heâs talking to the Sabres could very easily mean he made the âhey are you interestedâ phone call and they said no. Never trust the words of a lawyer. -

Heâll be 41 at the start of the season. What could he possibly have left in the tank at this point? -
The answer is probably CBA.
-
Well he didnât line up offside. So he at least has that going for him.

I once had a dealership put the wrong size tires on my car, which I didn't find out until a year later after getting a nail in one. A hyundai dealership put the wrong size tires on a hundai. They tried to blame me for it. I had to put in a decent fight, but eventually after a long conversation with the wife of the owner of this mega-dealership, I got every penny back for those tires. I probably could have gotten even more if I really wanted to. Thanks to those too small tires, I wound up putting more mileage on my car than I actually drove that year. And then there's the safety concerns. But yeah, every single time I'm in for those free oil changes (different dealership), I love sitting back and watching while they try to upsell something on every single customer there for maintenance.
-
They really take you to town with those "free" oil changes. You're required to stick to their maintenance schedule and they'll nickel and dime you for everything. I remember one time I was in for one of those. They wound up charging me a crazy sum for a new set of windshield wipers without telling me ahead of time. I had just put new wipers on the car one day earlier. They wouldn't even give me back the old ones, so on top of their stupid price, I was also out the money I just paid the day before. Who sticks to a schedule for changing wipers? Whenever they start getting streaky, you replace them.

Iâm amazed that the Cardinals are valued that low given the size of that market. Have they been bounced around a lot like the Coyotes were?

It looks like it was a quick one too.

Johnny Gaudreau and Brother Matthew Killed by Drunk Driver
shrader replied to aristocrat's topic in The Aud Club
The family has no case for that. As cold as it may sound, he is not able to honor the terms of his contract, so it doesnât pay out. The injury stuff youâre mentioning only matters when it is hockey related. This one is not. That said, it probably doesnât matter much to the family. Youâd have to imagine he was a very sizable life insurance policy, beyond the minimum level stuff provided by the league. Theyâre hurting for a very long time, but it wonât be due to money. -
Carolina defers part of Jarvis salary, are the flood gates open?
shrader replied to tom webster's topic in The Aud Club
What wasnât clear to me from reading the link is whether or not that deferred money ever hits the cap in the future. If it doesnât, this loophole will get closed pretty quickly. Deferring is fine, but theyâll change the cap calculation to include it. -

Iâm sure theyâll do something, but can you really blame the team store for something that has been on their shelves for a while now? -

I had to Google what that is. The only images coming up in my search, wouldnât there be way more than 2 people involved? -
Music television?

The last death of an active NHL player was also Columbus and right before a wedding (unless I'm forgetting about any other death since then). Someone needs to give this organization a break. -

I'd guess that the SUV moved over to shield the bikers a bit, maybe annoying Higgins a bit. And he cut back into the lane quickly after passing, right into the bikes. I hate speculating, but that's what it sounds like to me. -

What a horrible story. And then you see the wedding information a few minutes later. -
Did he seriously take a picture of his computer screen?

We have these stupid two lane u-turn lanes instead of left turns on the main road in my town. Dumbasses will change lanes in the middle of the u-turn with a car directly next to them. I got run off the road this morning and the f-er never even batted an eye as I laid on the horn.

The real funny part would be if that contract never comes through and then he does wind up with the Buffalo PTO.
