  1. Past hour
  2. Haha Seattle is 1-5 in their last six at home and have a total of ten goals in those games. And the Sabres still had to white-knuckle most of the the third period. Obviously I’ll take it, but it’s hard to get excited.
  3. He's been the 6th D man for the whole trip and for 69% (22/32) of Sabres games this season. But I agree, he's been pretty good. I trust him more than Timmins to make the right play.
  4. Lyon was outstanding. His win/loss does not do him justice. passing was really good tonight. Shout out to Bryson on this road trip. He’s been a good seventh dman.
  5. In defense of their historic ineptitude, nothing can also be "something" 😋
  6. For those saying nothing will happen. These rumours got out and the Sabres would have quickly released a statement saying there is no truth to these unfounded rumours. Instead they officially said “no comment Sonething is coming.
  7. First things first. Jarmo is a better GM than KA. The real question is will TP give him the autonomy he needs to make the right moves from the coaches, to the staff, to the players and with the appropriate internal budget to get things done. If TP limits Jarmo in any of these areas, then nothing is going to change for the better.
  8. I’m not worried about the Adams news, all I need do is look at the standings and know he should be gone, 3 wins in a row or not.
  9. So the Sabres somehow finished 500 on the roadie. Shocking. They did play a solid game tonight and Lyon was very good. Hopefully this does not make TP reconsider his decision to promote Adams to Harbour Center Rink Manager.
  10. Today
  11. I agree. A goalie battling all night to keep the puck out of the net must give a huge shot of adrenaline to his players out in front of him. At the other end of the spectrum, when a goalie can never make the big saves to save a game, then the frustration is obvious that sets in for the players and things go south. That's the way it seems to have been for the Sabres all these years when they never had a real goalie. Whether or not he can keep it up, I really think Lyon has proven what stellar goal tending means to the spirits of an entire hockey team, something KA didn't seem to realize for way too many years.
  12. His draft history is great though. He got 1-2 NHL caliber players (quick too) from like 8 straight years. That's pretty solid.
  13. Like a crazy chick who's fun to be with and also hell to be with.
  14. Well they found a way to win so now false hope. Kevy keeps his job? If that's the case it's actually a terrible outcome. I was getting hyped for a Kev firing on Monday. As I was saying earlier Seattle has next to no offense. That Melanson kid was noticeable. Their Kuntar.
  15. It's been 17 years since this nonsense about coaching started, and still I have to tell people that the coach is not the problem. Geez.
  16. I guess he pukes every game. But it is usually in the locker room.
  17. How bad will firing Adams look to the league? Not an issue. Adam’s was never on any team’s radar for a front office hockey operations job, let alone a GM position. It would be looked at as something that had to happen at some point. Move him to POHO - this would be a bad move. Move him to POHO puppet - this is even worse. Move him outside of hockey ops - I don’t understand that but it’s a strange organization so who knows. Lindy’s coaching career will end after the season. He could end up an Advisor to Pegula (first) and also to the GM.
  18. I wonder if the team is playing harder because they've heard we are getting a new management group that actually wants to win.
  19. Anyone know why Josh was puking on the sidelines?
  20. How bad is it going to look for the Sabres to the rest of the league that they fire KA from the job right after tehy win 3 in a row on the road? I don't see a firing happening, more then likely they move KA to a 'president' role and Jarmo gets the GM role. Terry keeps his buddy around in KA and moves him out of the GM position to please the fans. He also doesn't lose any money with this move having to pay someone no longer here Again. End of the season Lindy 'retires' from coaching and is possibly given some kind of office role as a thank you for his recent work where he works more as a 'consultant' to the franchise but doesn't have to much if he doesn't want to. How many times have you heard a week+ before hand that a team plans to fire a GM or coach AND then follows through when they go on a winning streak? It would be a very 'Buffalo' thing to do though.....
  21. Oh I wish 😂🇮🇳
