If initial ballpark speculation was 8x$9 for 72, and Tuch's agent was thinking 7x$10.33. for 72.3... maybe a new sweet spot is 6x$12M for 72.

And yet you do it... why? Perhaps not snarking at each other is the first step to improving how we treat each other, especially those with a different view. You willingly say you don't take it seriously, then why antagonize others? Why participate in the escalation of hyperbole? Perhaps if people spent less time arguing with each other and more time understanding the lying that is engaged on by both sides it would help. For example: Protect the Constitutional freedoms is something both sides have raised up. However, then they argue which freedoms should be protected. First Amendment - freedom of speech - "YAY" Left wing, "BOO" Right wing. Second Amendment - freedom to arm oneself - "YAY Right Wing, "BOO" Left wing. It just boggles the mind how it's so obvious that the argument is not protect our freedoms, it's protect what "I believe" and not what "you believe".

As much as they spend on Youtube and other social media sources. Society is continually trained into a scenario of hate anyone not like you.

it’s forecast to be a beautiful summer like day and evening. This is where the Parise/Suter buyouts come into effect. They were both bought out months before the 5x$9 was signed. Move one + a protected 1st + some retention. Move the other a year or two later. Guerin was dealing with a flat cap at the time, so it needed to be done with care. But certainly they could have avoided a couple of the monster ($12M+ on the cap for neither player in the lineup) cap hits seasons which they could have maybe gotten Kaprizov for another season or two and another helpful 4D or 3W or something. Like 6x$9.5M or 7x$10M and jettison Suter (even if not great in the room) in the summer of 2024 for a smaller cap hit. Edit: And I forgot to add, but Kaprizov may have been dead set on being UFA at 29 all along so he could land one more massive payday before his wheels started to slow. But in sum: Yay for the players.

Now that Kaprisov has agreed to an 8 year $17M AAV, Alex can say that he’s worth at least $10 million a year.

I just mean if they're doing construction i don't expect in-season loss of seats each year. Like they'll do some, then do the season, then do the rest or something like that.
