  1. Past hour
  2. Kesselring with a nice breakup on the PK. And they kill that one off.
  3. It takes 2 years for the hate to start.
  4. No data. Guess they want to see how Georgiev does through a full 60 having faced adversity.
  5. It kind of does if you are an AHL player vs an NHL player. Why no Levi?
  6. And Detroit will go back on the PP again. Doan with the roughing call. Georgiev still between the pipes.
  7. It won’t but I’m sure we’ll hear all about some gestapo yada yada sky is falling thing. Mind you, the FBI under Comey thought it would be a good idea to assign Strzok and Page to Crossfire Hurricane. Not exactly a guy I’d waste my time on prosecuting.
  8. True but it doesn’t excuse individual play.
  9. Just another player that should have NEVER been on this team after drafted.
  10. A friendly reminder that we are playing a handful of starters while the Wings are playing most of theirs.
  11. Hate the new electric rates that got approved fairly recently. Last month, 1/2 the bill was delivery charges. This month they're 60% of the bill. (Used to be more like 20% of the bill.) And NYS wants to force everybody to be 100% electric in the near future. New structures aren't going to be allowed to tap into the NG grid as of 2030. This rate structure is nucking futz.
  12. Power got married this offseason. Didn’t do much for his game.
  13. I am really starting to like Mrtka. He’s an aggressive DMan that doesn’t take any πŸ’©. Unlike a certain other DMan. Did OP turn that puck over on the half wall which ended up in our net after he got outmuscled?
  14. Besides tackling Copp I'm not entirely sure what else he was supposed to do there; Copp hit the puck about 7 inches over the cross bar while wrestling with him.
  15. Yeah, they watch what other teams do and try to emulate it, but it's clear they don't actually understand what the other teams do. Really believe they're trying to emulate Carolina's pressure PK, but Carolina doesn't pressure over the entire zone. They pressure when the opponent has limited options and they can then outnumber the puck carrier AND take away the limited options. And they get the goaltending that can cover for them when they oops it and let the puck get through to the puck carrier's teammates. The Sabres pressure when the other team has multiple options and they don't manage to take them all away typically. Just have this sneaking suspicion that if you ever get to talk to Wilford he'll proudly show you his new watch - it's a Rolodex. πŸ˜‰
  16. Power floating and on his heels...another year of this??
  17. 9 shots in two periods? What is Ruff up to? Mixing lines?
  18. Shades of the 7-3 March 12th drubbing the last time the Sabres were in Detroit
  19. That was clearly struck above the cross bar but I doubt they'll reverse it.
