My only issue is Benson on the top line. He’s a 20 year old who hasn’t figured out how to consistently finish scoring chances. I think he will definitely be a first liner in a couple years but for now I’d rather have Zucker in that spot. At least if/until Benson outplays him.

PerreaultForever started following Adams: we have an elite D corps
-
Adams lives in a delusional bubble of his own creation. The correct sentence should be "we have some elite skill and talent on our D corp. If some of them can gel and learn to use that skill we should be alright"

I was looking at betting odds today about the Sabres qualifying for the playoffs and I was surprised to see they're only +210 to make the playoffs, which are not strong enough for me to consider placing a bet on. Meanwhile, the Blackhawks are +1700 . I Are the Sabres that much better than the Hawks?

Jordan Greenway come on down..............you are the next player added to the list. That was quicker than I expected.
-
Well you can scratch Greenway from that idea already and Doan is just a name until we see what he can do. I do not feel confident that we got some guy ready to break out and emerge. He's just a throw in on a trade at the moment. We need Tuch's offense so although he can PK I don't see him in any sort of checking role. I just don't think we have the players for any sort of true checking line so you might as well try to outscore teams and let McLeod be 2C for his speed and experience. So Benson-McLeod-Tuch I guess. He's over matched at 2C but unless we leave Tage at center and Norris is 2C (and then Kulich plays wing???) I don't see an alternative.

That's an incredible level. If I may ask, what were you drinking and how much? When you were in the hospital did the medical staff just monitor you and let the alcohol level come down on its own? I'm simply a minor league drinker who after three drinks needs to be assisted. -
Luke Adam bucket whacks?
-
Its not lime there is any proven technology for it. Might as well use magic.

Agent is dumb. Tuch isn’t getting another contract as a player taking him to 38

It was interesting to hear Lindy talk about Power and Kesselring. He essentially said Kesselring is on the verge of breaking out, Power needs to get where Kesselring is, implying Power needs to approach the game more like Kesselring does. I get the sense Power might be in line for some tough love this year

The way athletes are idolized there’s no reason to insinuate they had it coming. Hockey players are set into these dreams before they’re adolescents -
That's fees included. Lol

This coming from a guy that probably uses dowsing rods to find players who want to play here.

Sabres Tickets - Shockingly Cheap to Start the Year

Rightly or wrongly, I think he's figured out that pretty much anything he says comes back to be used against him. Better to keep his mouth shut. In the meantime, any little insight we get into the hockey ops workings of the team all show Terry's fully in command of the ship. Unlike with Adams, I'm quite certain Brandon Beane does not talk with him daily... Or if he did, Terry would not be providing any real input. -
Business is business....probably will get done at some point.

They are least experienced group in the league. They might have what Adams claims in 2-3yrs. They don't now

To the public/fans he certainly is silent. When's the last time you heard him make public statements about the direction of the franchise and his expectations? He's not a good public speaker so I don't expect much eloquence commentary from him. But that doesn't mean that he can't communicate his thoughts about his failed hockey team and what he is going to do about it through surrogates. When's the last time you seen him be interviewed or take questions from members of the media? It's not unusual for some owners to stay in the background. However, he's taken that invisible act beyond the boundaries of what is normal for a sports franchise owner. It's outright weird.
