Well Jaro knows CLB well. Dmitri Voronkov Is the only LW of interest on their roster. 48 points last year, young (24) and huge 6’5”. Not sure he’s 1st line material and if CLB traded him their Laws would look hideous

He seems like the perfect middle six forward...odd if Columbus moves him with the contract control they have

Columbus doesn't seem to have much that to want. I mean I'd love Kirill Marchenko but he'd have to play LW here or move Tage back to C but Columbus couldn't be that dumb? Jet Greaves save percentage been good as a backup but he still hasn't played 30 NHL games to date.

I’m assuming they’re losing Provolov to UFA so they prob do need a dman. Provolov wouldn’t be a bad partner for Dahlin btw.

Sign and trade on Provorov?

My gut tells me the sabres feel like they have too much money locked up in D right now. Suspecting that is why the byram return rumors are light...GMS know ka is stuck

Give him a 2x6.85 mil deal and tell other GMs to suck it then

My guesses would be Voronkov, Marchenko, and Jenner

That would be a nice thought if ka actually wanted to give him that contract. He wants a forward....and it's obvious

Well Hague just got traded from VGK to Nashville and got a 4 yr deal at 22 million. I have watched Hague from when he was drafted until now. I was guessing he would get a raise to 4 million to maybe 4.5 but 5.5 good for him. He’s still young and has never really produced offensively and his skating is so so. The Golden Knights will receive defenceman Jeremy Lauzon and forward Colton Sissons in return.

I have no faith in Adams to get back anything special from the Blue Jackets as I don’t see them moving out a good young player when they are pushing to make the playoffs. I would love Byfield for Byram. Seen tons of Kings games being here in Vegas and Buffalo might have to add something.

I was meaning who they might be targeting, not all three together lol.

That’s what I keep saying. Adams has screwed Byrams return.  He almost has to move him.

What wing can Kulich play?  Can Adams target a C and just move Kulich to wing?
We just need a top 6 forward but preferably not RW?

Pretty sue Joe Marino reads this board as he just mentioned Voronkov as a possible guy for Byram - I'm glad I could do the research for you Joe!!

That's just it we are weak at Center that's why would need to shift Tage there. As to me the only top 2C on the roster is Norris but until he shows he can stay healthy he's my 2C. I mean am okay with Kulich at 1C but need to move Benson down for that to happen IMO.  Yet some here feel that Benson is going to become a point producer this season.

Google says Kulich shoots left so would most likely be a LWer.  Moving Tage to Center, we'd have Tage 1c, Norris 2c. McLeod 3c

Adams loves collecting his RFAs. Voronkov is the obvious choice -- really good production this past season -- and is RFA this summer. Perfect timing.

But, for kicking the decision can down the road, Sillinger and Chinakov are RFAs next summer (definitely prefer Voronkov over either of them). And Fantili is RFA next summer, too. Hey, I can dream!

They also have Luca Del Bel Belluz, whom Jarmo drafted and had his ELC slide twice, so he still 2 years on the deal and is reaching tweener status this season.

Harrington on XM yesterday said Sabres would like to keep him at least on a short term deal.  Was mentioned by someone the market not as strong as originally thought.  Issues are Byram wanting to be a 1 and money Sabres have tied up in the D already.  Byram could increase his value significantly playing a couple years with Dahlin.

While I think he ultimately goes...keeping makes the team better overall. The fa market can address the forward need. I still believe GMS are trying to call kas bluff...I would

Don’t know if a summer of Voronkov, Doan, Kesselring and Timmons for Peterka, Clifton and Byram makes this team better, but it sure makes it bigger.
