I feel guilty saying it but that level of physicality and nastiness still had an integral place in the game. I believe it will see a resurgence as bigger players realize that they cannot make it without speed as part of the package. I'd prefer someone who isn't a cheap shot artist, personally. Can't say I'm familiar enough with Tom's history in that regard to comment. But give me a winger that can actually play hockey and just be a nutcase (that doesn't cheap-shot), and then a good player on the other side (like Kuzy-Ovie). I want to be entertained dammit! It's a fun exercise to think of dream-wingers for Eichel though. Palat - Eichel - Tarasenko. Marchand - Eichel - Pastrnak. Huberdeau - Eichel - Kucherov.
