Bryan Adams in Tampere and Springsteen in Helsinki in July.

I order one Dakota Joshua and one Stefan Noesen please.

He had Olli Jokinen as coach last season and Jokinen compared his forecheck and talent to read and break passes with Datsjuk!!!

Barkov is this years Selke imo. Reinhard and Huberdeau, the reason why they put up the numbers they do/did is Barkov.

Half of the quartet Savoie, Östlund, Rosén and Kulich will probably never get a permanent spot on the roster. But all of them are good enough to be full time NHLers. The hard thing is to evaluate who of them we need.

I like this. I don't think it is harder than that either. But we probably will have to pay Lindholm more than Mitts asked for. On the other hand, EL playing at his best is one of the best two way centers in the league. We can't rely on Samuelsson staying healty. We need to get an option there and Zadorov is not that bad.

I think the pp is too easy to read, it's like an open book. Tage need to find some new tools as a complement to the slapshot. Maybe unfair example, but looking att Kutcherov you never know where the puck will go until it leaves the blade. And there is no player that is really good in the "Hyman-area".

I don't think they can afford signing both Reinhard and Montour, but I think one of them will stay. Has it ever before happened that a team not sign their 50 goal scorer? It might also of course depend on how close to lord Stanley they get this year, if they win I think they are more up for big changes.

Hope he signs a big contract with Panthers so we can send them a couple of prospects in exchange for Lundell.

I can only imagine how dissapointed Adams must have been. He rewarded a coach after a good season and then when next season starts they are not ready to compete. And what to do then? I guess the timeline he had set as a GM allowed to watch and see how things develop. But of course he realize that next season will be his last as GM if development doesn't come. Still he doesn't fire Granato until after the season. To me it mens he has a huge amount of faith in the group of players and that he can get the complementary pieces and that they will end the draught next year.

When thinking of how I would like the roster to be, there is not a spot there for Krebs except from as a 13th forward. I do not dislike him, he has done a good job, I just think the roster should be built up in a different way. I think there are teams and coaches that see him as a third line guy, but it is not with us.

I find it interesting that Capitals and Predators are in the playoffs, not what I had expected. Also interesting that it is two teams with new coaches but also with really good AHL-teams.

Who will be the next Head Coach of the Buffalo Sabres?
SabreFinn replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
My first tought was Peca, and rather him than Ruff and Berube. I like Gallant and think he has the best odds if the most important criteria is to end the playoff draught. -
Starting from the goaltenders. I think it is obvious we are going in to next season with UPL and Levi. I think another year in Rochester would not hurt Levi it would only do him good, but if the season not starts well I hope they won't hesitate and bring in a replacement, they can probably find one cheap. An UFA veteran like Lankinen(or someone else) is not interested to be back up for one year and maybe also share games with Levi. On defense the already mentioned Pesce, Roy, DeMelo is top names that might become very expensive. But we need a RHD so I hope Adams is trying. An interesting option, a trade where I think all parts might be winners, both players and teams, is Byram to Calgary for R Andersson. Of forwards Stephenson is a favourite as a dubble cup-winner. Monahan could improve our powerplay. I think of Östlund as a same type of player as Teräväinen, so why not bring Turbo here? Rod Brind'Amour has always praised Teräväinen for His work and two way play. As an outsider I pick Arvidsson, I just like him, he seem like someone who hates to lose. I am not that good att fourth line players, most interesting players has already been mentioned, but I think Craig Smith (DAL) needs to be mentioned.

I feel sad reading this. But it explains a lot. And it makes me think that the owner does not understand this sort off entertainment business at all. But most people here knew this I guess.

Agree! They are the two I hope for!

GDT Buffalo Sabres @ Florida Panthers Sat. 4/13 5pm ESPN+ MSG & WGR Radio
SabreFinn replied to HOUSE's topic in The Aud Club
Agree. I think he will be a really good player but it will take more time than us fans was hoping for. Is the problems a cause of him being another player rushed?? I can't tell. A wise rule for Adams to keep in mind would be to not sign young players rushed into this league to long term contracts. As it seems Vegas will not afford to resign Stephenson, I think a second line with Benson - Stephenson - Cozens could be what we need. And Cozens as a winger would not expose his biggest weekness and give him time to work on that next to a two time cup-winner. -
Arizona Coyotes are relocating to Utah as Utah HC (hockey club)

The players doesn't seem to be bothered about the move, they have been playing better lately. -
Helenius assisting on Finlands second goal in a pre wc -game against last years medalist Latvia tonight. A 3-2 ot win for Finland.

Oh, right. An assistant coach as headcoach? Ellis? 🤣

So the answer to our problems are a Skinner buyout and getting a big RHD like Hamilton. Easy!!

Biggest Sabres issue - losing the 1st period badly too often
SabreFinn replied to Big Guava's topic in The Aud Club
Adams and Granato is not going anywhere. The Mitts/Byram trade took the chances of reaching playoff imo. and that is on Adams and he will not fire Granato because of that. He probably would not have done it anyway, but definitely not now. And if you get paid millions as a player, you are ready to play and ready to compete when the puck drops. Does not matter if you are 18 or 35. They definitely know that also. It is on the players, not on the coach. Then there might be some routines and ways they prepare themselves as a team that is not suitable. But to me it has looked like individual weakness more than a team thing. But I agree that this along with inconsistency is what is keeping the team outside of playoff. -
Byram for Parayko? I do not think we even should dream of getting B Tkachuk.

Question about left handed vs right handed shot
SabreFinn replied to gilbert11's topic in The Aud Club
On my sons team there are not even one player playing right, they are all left. I just put a stick in his hand and let him play the way that is more natural for him. But I think it is easy to learn a kid one way or the other and since most players here play left, I think I could have improved his chanses to make a career by putting a right stick in his hands and learned him play with that. But I am sure he would not make a living out of hockey either way.
