  1. I just am throwing it out there that if the return for Stafford and Roy is prospects and picks, this team may miss the playoffs...especially if Miller continues to ###### the bed. I am okay with it, I just don't know if Regier would do it, considering that a playoff miss might cost him his job.
  2. You already saw it...Leino and Ehrhoff
  3. If by putting them in a better financial situation means freeing up cap space, I guess this is somewhat believable. The loss of Stafford could easily be replaced. I am beating a dead horse in regards to this, but I don't know what they do at center for the remainder of this season if Roy is traded.... "no mas" Leino Luke Adam who Lindy is using more at wing than center Hecht who is injured again, but wasn't a center to begin with Gaustad McCormick
  4. I won't take the Bumble, but I need a Xmas animation avatar. Be right back! I hopped on your Xmas avatar bandwagon!
  5. He also had only played in 15 games at this point last season. Just sayin'. ;)
  6. They need to just let it go. Bitter a-holes!
  7. Like was discussed in the GDT, Roy would be at the top of my hit list, but DR would then have to bring in a center(especially with Hecht's status). The time to fix this mess was in the off-season, and they failed miserably with "no mas" Leino begging out of the center position. That being said, out of the "core", I would dump Stafford and Roy tomorrow, and see how the rest of the season plays out. How much worse can it get considering the production that you are getting from these two.
  8. The 70's & 80's were not too kind to the Packers. That being said, up until 1994 some of their homes games were in Milwaukee. From wiki... For about a quarter century after Lombardi's departure, the Packers had relatively little on-field success. In the 24 seasons from 1968 to 1991, the Packers had only five seasons with a winning record (above .500), one being the shortened 1982 strike season. They appeared in the playoffs twice during that period, with a record of 1–2. The period saw five different head coaches – Phil Bengtson, Dan Devine, Bart Starr, Forrest Gregg, and Lindy Infante – two of which were former Packer players in Lombardi's era (Starr and Gregg), and one of which was a former coach (Bengtson). Each of these men led the Packers to a poorer record than his predecessor. Poor personnel decisions typified this time period. A notorious example includes the 1974 trade in which Dan Devine acting as GM sent five 1975 and 1976 draft picks (two first-rounders, two second-rounders and a third) to the Los Angeles Rams for aging quarterback John Hadl, who would spend only 1½ seasons in Green Bay.[13] Another came in 1989, when players such as Barry Sanders, Deion Sanders, and Derrick Thomas were available, but the Packers chose offensive lineman Tony Mandarich with the second overall pick in the NFL draft. Though rated highly by nearly every professional scout at the time, Mandarich's performance failed to meet expectations. ESPN has rated Mandarich as the third "biggest sports flop" in the last 25 years.[14]
  9. Just another horrendous season to go with the rest of them over the past 10+ years. Wilson, Littman, Overdorf, Brandon, etc..., should be proud of another outstanding financial season.
  10. What are your TOI and +/- stats? Also, if you are doing that well coming back from knee surgery, maybe its time for you to get out of the 16 and under league! :nana:
  11. - Walmart sucks! They opened a new store in Lancaster earlier this year. Been in there 4 or 5 times, and won't be back. I can't believe how bad the quality of employees are, nor how poorly the store is run. There are never enough registers open, and if you go in for one item, the express line is 20 items max. You can't make that express line 5 or 10 items. FU! - How the heck does a Pepsi truck end up on it side on Transit Rd. in Depew where the speed limit is 30...which resulted in Transit Rd being close in both directions during the morning rush hour. - First significant snowfall of the season on its way. :censored:

  13. It is a rare feat for me to make it until midnight on a weeknight! :D
  14. Just noticed the complaint thread has reached 300 pages(3-1/2 years later). Thanks to all who like to vent! :nana:
  15. You do know that you can set your lineup ahead of time for as many days as you want, correct?
  16. If you started the thread, you can re-open it at any time. ;)
  17. I have been shuffling my bottom 2 or 3 forwards(not that my top forwards are doing much either) all season. The new players I pickup then proceed to ###### the bed for the week, and I switch them out, for other players to do the same. Rinse and repeat.
  18. This works great as a preventative measure!!! http://www.neilmed.com/usa/sinusrinse.php
