So I broke down and paid msg 10.00 to watch the game..... made sure I doubled my blood pressure medicine this morning!!! Think I have to listen to devil broadcast....grrrrr

So a quick FU to MSG in Tristate area for blacking out all Devils, Rags and Isles games while still not showing your games on TV!!! May all your teams miss the playoffs by one point!!! So it sounds like for those that watched it was a shampoo bottle Ssbres, wash, rinse, repeat. Was there a heavier forecheck? Were they playing with speed?? Were they playing with anything Ruff promised??

So I guess I am not missing much??

As much as i hope and want to see us make it, i just do not believe we have enough scoring ability to do so. This organization is banking a lot of Ifs. - If our PP gets better - If we get good goaltending - If all our players who regressed last year, return to form - If Ruff gets more out of this team About the only things that were really addressed was some speed and our 3rd and 4th line. If that is truly what this team was missing and all the IFS fall into place, then they should make the playoffs.

Being in NJ, i have to use a vpn to watch any game against the Devils, Rangers and Isles. I found a great vpn one that works on my phone and tablet so i can watch those games. Even with ESPN.

Everyone was screaming super bowl team after 3 wins!!! Now they are grabbing the torches and pitchforks!!! LOL This team is going to make the playoffs..... our division is dog water!! LOL 1 loss is not a big deal. They were not going to go 17-0!!! If they lose the next 2, then i would start to worry. Until then..... enjoy reading the crazy posts!! LOL

I have to say, watching the kids play was pretty impressive. They were hitting, forechecking, backchecking, winning fights along the boards and going to the sweet spots to try and score. Ullmark played very well and kept his team from getting blown out early. Just preseason, but fun to watch!

If JJP plays with Tuch and Tage he is going to pot a ton of points i think. They will get a decent 1st line especially if Tage plays better than last year when hurt.

You cannot tell me that poor practices does not translate to a more crappy product on the ice when it counts. Our last few coaches practices were considered a joke by multiple sources with very little accountability. This should definitely light a fire under some players!! Really and truly hope it translates to better regular season play. TBH though with our crazy preseason schedule i would not expect to see it until game 4-5.

I am so tired of the dysfunctional Sabres. Just freaking win and get in the damn playoffs. This is embarrassing that it is still a story.

So, Dahlin is like that Toy you wanted to play with so badly as a kid. You finally get to play with it and it breaks after the first minute. Except Dahlin is our best defenseman and not a toy, and he hurt himself making a pass.... LOL OMG does god hate the Sabres? LOL

But if he has taken the next step, wouldn't his value (Quality) go up? He is the only one i can see with a shot to make the team this year. The rest need to AHL simmer another year.

No brainer.... Dahlin or Tuch.... Whomever does not get it gets an A along with Thompson.
