I’ll give the Sabres credit for switching it up for us. Last year they could score and the PP was working but goaltending killed us. This year the goaltending has been much better so they decided not to score and just tank the PP. Its nice when you are watching your team suck every year that they find new ways to do it to keep it fresh.

UPL is starting to play like a number 1 and unless they plan on keeping Levi in Rochester all next season then bringing in another goalie is going to be pointless. Bring in a coaching staff that demands structure and accountability first before everything else. Vancouver and Winnipeg have improved greatly by improving behind the bench instead of making a ton of deals. Torts has Philly much improved as well. Right now they can’t score enough to win.

If this season ends the way it looks like it will is there anyway in the world they can justify bringing Adams and Granato back? I would like to see this team with a seasoned Coaching staff but with Granato’s extension beginning I can see them staying staus quo

It doesn’t matter. None of it does. The organization isn’t serious about winning. There isn’t a winning structure in place. From the front office to the coaching staff to the development staff. Until that is addressed and people are put in positions that have a plan to compete and win then nothing they do matters. Who they trade for, sign or draft just all get thrown into this losing blender and it comes out the same year after year after year after year.

Looking around social media and a few other boards and this is the lowest I’ve ever seen the fanbase and that says a lot. Something has to give here and everyone has now come around to the fact that it has to be Pegula that goes to see any chance of real positive change with this franchise
