I think Schaefer might be the best of the crop. See how he is at the WJC but at the Prospects Challenge he was hands down the best player, dominating in all 3 zones. Now Hagens didn’t play in that Challenge so WJC will be interesting to watch. I would take him and trade Power and Byram for offensive help.

The D has looked awful in 2 games: the losses to Baltimore and the Rams. They couldn’t stop the run to save their lives. Other games they have looked much better. Cant blame the D yesterday against the top Offence with 3 of their backfield starters out. Lions didn’t run the ball too well against them. If they can scheme properly on D they have as good a chance as anyone this season.

I can see it now: Buffalo wins in Montreal 4-3. Adams holds a PC to tell the world how everyone was motivated by Pegula’s presence and this proves what an amazing owner he is. Personally I would like it to be because Terry is stepping behind the bench. We’ve seen about everytelse in this 14 years of incompetence but this would even raise it to a new level of dysfunction 🤣

I’m doubling down on scorched earth. NHL step in and remove Terry as owner. He has killed a franchise and a fanbase. ”Hello darkness my old friend” There is no hope with this organization as is. Everything goes through Terry and he is 0 for 14 and has proven he has no clue how to hire the proper people to run a competent organization. And it is obvious there are financial constraints on the organization.

The difference is this year Adams talked about being all in on the playoffs and no excuses. There is no room for his “young team, growing pains, it’s a process” garbage. This is what he put together thinking it was a playoff team. Lindy looks like he is hoping for a mercy kill at this point.
