Painful anthem…

I don’t post often. Yes, the negativity here is tiring, but the Sabres have earned that by playing like crap for too long. People are reluctant to buy in after so much frustration. Myself included.

Bad loss to a terrible Utica club (pun intended) last night at home. Sandstorm and Houser in goal for a 5-1 loss.

Amerks gave up all the opposition goals in the dying seconds of each period and lost 4-1

There are several good takeaways from last night. Gilbert being a physical presence! Greenway too. Ruff calling out Mule and Joki. Peterka was dynamite. Tage was very good overall. We were generally physical and fast. Lots to like.

Staying IN the bathroom would be better than staying OUT of the bathroom for the rest of the season!

I take full responsibility for that loss last night. The other 50 games we’ll lose this year are on you guys…

I mainly lurk but decided to start posting occasionally at least. Tuch seemed to wake us up! But that power play is absolutely disgusting…

A question to consider in this is, which is more likely to stay healthy…

Considering their pathetic home record, perhaps when they actually get two points at home the players forget what to do… they do impress me as a fairly dumb group, after all…

Unfortunately, I went to the game yesterday, Cooley in net. Bad hockey. And why do they insist on playing deafening music every second that play is stopped?

Ok. Sabres get overseas with the Devils. North America then has a continent-wide shutdown due to outbreak of “Sabreflu”. No teams can play but the Sabres and Devils. They play the entire season between those two teams. Sabres go winless. But they’re in the Stanley Cup FINALS!!!

UPL looks good and I missed the two goals. Rookie mistake.

I don’t post often - about as often as the Sabres look good. But I just wanted to give credit to you guys that have the guts to pay close attention to this shitshow. These guys look totally checked out.
