Honestly if they had just given him to Ottawa it likely would've been a better trade because at least you'd get cap space. Instead we got a guy who can't even play half the time and even when he can is total dogshit at 5v5.

Counting on a guy who averages playing 45 games a season to be your top center is probably not a good idea.
