The players have been constantly turned over as often as the coaches and GM's. Doing nothing but hiring entry level guys for those positions instead of proven professionals is likely the problem.

How do you keep people to keep watching games that last forever stuffed with a million stoppages and ad breaks? Get them to put money on the games. If that was true Highmark Stadium would have been a quarter to half empty every game instead of all but sold out every game.
