The good thing about this being on the NHLN is that I won't be able to watch it.

This has nothing to do with youth and everything to do with effort (or lack of). They are the exact opposite of the Nolan era "Hardest Working Team In Hockey": constantly outhustled and outworked.

There was a huge youth tourney this week at HarborCenter and my rep said 17k tickets were out as of that morning.

And it looks like we essentially gave him away for almost nothing.

The Deserve To Win meter on that game was 87-13 in their favor. Only reason we won was a Hasek level theft by UPL.

Torts vs Donnie is a bigger mismatch than Tyson vs McNeely.

Have the 11 game All Star plan and want to go to as many as possible. Next game is Black Friday which I'm going to have to sell as I work retail. Will however be in Newark the next night.

Update: Walked nearly 2 miles to Paula's Donuts. Verdict: Totally worth it. Better than any overpriced hipster chow donut *cough*DonutPlanet*cough*.

Pulling into the Buffalo bus terminal now, YAY!

Just passed the Carrier Dome on my Greyhound bus on the way to the Syracuse Bus Station. Next stop Rochester, then Batavia, then Buffalo.

24 hours from now I'm on the train to NYC to catch a redeye bus to Buffalo for the game on Friday. My goal is to finally visit Paula's Donuts.

I wish we had a legit accomplished coach with a long record of success behind our bench. Maybe if we did we might one day reach the playoffs.

I am stunned that you or anyone else has never heard about that as it was one of the most infamous and memorable moments in both American political and television history.

I saw the video by accident on Twitter and can see why people think it was intentional. I have no plans to ever watch it again to examine what happened as it's IMO an even more sick and gruesome watch than the infamous Budd Dwyer video.
