  1. Developing work in progress. I have no issues with that fact.
  2. You just had to say that with a period to go didn’t you… You ruined it ?
  3. Well, fans will complain... ? As a road game, overall, you are right 1-1 after 1 is acceptable. Dumb penalties are not.
  4. Last year, SJ looked sooooo fast against the Sabres. This year, Sabres are just as fast. I like it.
  5. OT loss 4-3 Skinner, Risto, or Okposo with a goal.
  6. Oh wow. I wasn’t aware. Thanks. in that case, yea my thoughts on Bogo returning are quite bleak and grim.
  7. Huh? i guess I’m really out of the loop. I thought he was just healing from his surgery over the summer ?‍♂️ what the h e double hockey sticks happened to Bogo now?
  8. Bogo games played 2014-15 ... 62 2015-16 ... 64 2016-17 ... 56 2017-18 ... 18 2018-19 ... 65 why would it be impossible to imagine Bogo playing 30 or more games for the Sabres? His contract is highly unmovable. Not impossible. But almost.
  9. Even though he’s injury prone, I bet Bogo plays more than 30 games for the Sabres this season.
  10. Meh. Not too worried about this “problem” less than a month into the season.
  11. I’m selling two tickets for Monday Oct. 28th vs. Arizona Coyotes. Section 320. Dead center ice. $80 for the game. ($40 a seat). message me if interested.
  12. Even though you want your top line to be consistent and productive every game… That’s just not realistic. Some games they just aren’t. So if a “hero“ is different every game… That shows we have good depth. At least it does to me. I don’t expect Mitts to be the way he was last night, every game… But if he can look that good on most nights then ... bonus. Hopefully that will boost his confidence and he’ll take a step in development. Maybe Vesey has a game like that in him, or Johansson, or ERod, or Okposo. I’d rather have six guys pumping in 20+ goals a season, then two guys pumping in 45 and everyone else hovering at 12-15 goals. I’m a fan of scoring depth and not so much of the one or two 80-90 pt. superstars approach.
  13. Meh, one mediocre game by VO doesn’t make me want to change him away from Jack this game or next game. Not concerned. ?‍♂️
  14. In other words. A slap on the wrist.
  15. The Sabres and Kings go head-to-head for the first time this season. Tune in for the Buick Game Night pregame show at 10 p.m. on MSG. Then Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray will have the call after the opening faceoff at 10:30 on MSG and WGR 550. Los Angeles is 2-4-0 on the season and is coming off a 2-0 loss to the Hurricanes on home ice on Tuesday. Captain Anze Kopitar leads the team with eight points (2+6) in six games. From the Game Notes... This is the first of two meetings between the Sabres and Kings this season. Last meeting: Buffalo defeated Los Angeles 4-3 (OT) in Buffalo on Dec. 11, 2018. Next meeting: Saturday, Dec. 21 in Buffalo The Sabres are 5-5-0 in their last 10 games vs. the Kings; 3-6-1 on the road. With a win tonight, the Sabres would have three straight wins against the Kings for the first time since Oct. 23, 2003 to Jan. 14, 2006 and wins in consecutive visits to Los Angeles for the first time since March 12, 1994 and March 13, 1996. Tonight's game wraps up Buffalo's first of 14 sets of back-to-back games this season, which began with a 5-2 loss last night at Anaheim. The Sabres were 7-8-1 in the first game of back-to-back sets and 6-8-2 in the second game last season. Buffalo's point breakdown in last season's back-to-back sets was: four points (3), three points (1), two points (6), one point (2) and zero points (4).
