To be honest @Taro T, I would like this nightmare to end, and soon.

Last game of the season, can't hold anything back.... 😄

We got another goalie stashed somewhere?
-
Refuse to pay. What are they going to do? Suspend one of the top 2 financial market franchise's? Lol

The kid looks legitimate, but what are the odds he'll fall to us as a direct draft choice? I mean, by the time he eligible, we should be drafting 8th over all again, he'll most likely go 1 or 2 over all.

As a controls guy I get the terminology. But yeah, outside of the industrial electrical field it will be construed wrong. I'd change the title Joe.

Nah, this isn't over. As I said, the owners are in the drivers seat via the Board of Governors, players who are unable to control their on ice behavior and are a consistent injury threat to top end assets will most definitely be a topic of discussion at the meetings. And once again, rightfully so, seeing as it's the owners that are pouring money in to those assets. Again, imho.

He may very well be a douche, but, in this case, he's spot on correct. I posted elsewhere, and with Sabrespacer's, I know you guys already know, but the Wilson incident isn't remotely over. Owners wield vast power over the NHL, via the Board of Governors, the GM meetings and so on. They invest heavily in those star and superstar assets, Tom Wilson, right or wrong, threatens those assets. His time is numbered, and that Rangers statement, from an original 6 storied organization, resonates not only with many of the sports fans, but other owners as well, as some of them assuredly deem Tom Wilson a threat to their assets as well via his inability to control himself. Tom Wilson's days are numbered I'd more than surmise, and Parros and Bettman have just been put on blast notice, owners will not tolerate their assets being needlessly put at risk, imho.
-
Information now coming out the owner fired 5hem for trying to distance themselves from the statement. If so, I have much respect for the Rangers owner.

Can't wait for the made for TV movie on this..... Edit: or maybe Spielberg can cast Hanks in a 10 part HBO mini-series, "Puck Luck, the House that Houser Built"

The slow motion video of the assault, yes, assault, on Bosch is the catalyst that entered Panarin into the fray. I mean, Wilson clearly has his stick around the throat while punching the guy in the head, shoulder near the head. There is 0 justification for that, just 0.

A Clarion Call goes forth throughout the Sabres Realm. The prophecy has come true, "The Chosen One" has arrived. 😄 Great story and all, meh, we'll see where it goes I guess.

GDT Islanders at Sabres 5/4/21 7pm MSG, WGR550

Great team effort. As others have pointed out, these are the moments, the games, that are going to propel these young players in to the future. Yes, they can play against the best teams in the league, and win. There is still much work to do, but progress in the W column is so important for this franchise right now. Go Sabres! -

The larger question is what do we do with a 9 million dollar lead anchor around the cap space. If we can't find a way to ignite him, trade him or compliance buy out him, we are going to be paying for that albatross of a contract for many more years to come. -

It's a marathon, not a sprint 🙂 Hope springs eternal, for a full 60 minute effort:) -

So, we've found our 3rd 1A goalie this season? What are the odds on an injury inside of 3 games? 4 to 3? -
Curious, has anyone ever set Alexa and Siri next to one another and have them ask each other questions?

Well, not exactly. Yes, the Win/Loss column is going south again, but, the team is playing markedly better under Granato. I do concede he isn't the top choice for coach given the roller coaster, but, with that said, he's still in the conversation to be sure. Unfortunately, and I say this with the upmost respect, LG and others pointed to talent, and to addition by subtraction, they are correct. There needs to be further roster turn over. There needs to be a stabilizing coaching staff to build on that turnovers results, imho. -
My brother and I Spoke, mom did her first round of Chemo. 3 days of hell for her. We ARE NOT going to be sitting idly by on the sidelines while she fights this battle. Stage 4, lung cancer, yes. We are well aware of the outcome, but she cannot get the vaccine now. So, my brother and I decided a road trip, to COLORADO. New York isn't a holistic friendly state, yet. Close, but not quite there. After speaking with an industry peer who lost his mom to the exact same small cell cancer, we are going to Colorado to get whatever the dispensaries have to give mom a fighting chance for quality of life. My mom is worth every bit of it. Never a cross word, only love in her heart. We are brewing dandylion roots, we are looking at EVERY known scenario.

I was a bong a day kid, I played at the "highest" level, for myself in any event, at the ponds, Sabreland and in midgets. Were there "higher" kids? Probably, but I was feeling good, each and every game 😛

Would like to keep Reinhart, if possible. With that said, your "For the record" view of Reinhart, I.E. he cannot be soft because he is the teams best net front goal scorer, is heavily misleading, at best, imho. The fact is, Reinhart doesn't take nearly the abuse in front of the net your comments subconsciously suggests. Yes, he does have a good stick in front of the net, no, he is not getting the "what for" from opposing D in most cases. He has been historically career wise, a softer player. That isn't something you can draw up on analytics either, it's straight out the eye test, again, imho. With that being said, I'd keep Sam for sure, again, if at all possible.
