I don't personally think he's HOF material yet but I'm really starting to like this guy, between those skits he does "behind 2 stalls" or "2 stalls and 1 cup" or whatever it is (some of you might get that reference lol) and the consistent aggitation he brings plus he's our top line player.

There are a bunch of Santoras all over, the 1 that I used to go to was the 1 another poster reminded me of and that was the Santoras off or on Millersport Highway. It was a tiny place next to a dentist and another store front but the pizza was excellent, that was in the early 90's. There is also the George Urban location that i may have ate at once but don't really recall since I never lived close to there. This location is on transit road and called Santoras pizza, pub and grill, if you and your wife/girlfriend are looking for just a nice atmosphere , some pizza or a cool bar they have it all, it's just before the Eastern Hills Mall or Clarence mall as some people call it. Cool seating outside, great food imo, nice bar and like I said the crowds are mixed so it's not all young kids, not all old timers but a bunch of all different types usually. I don't work there but I'll definitely bump up a place if I think it's decent and deserves it.... You should check it out sometime even if it's just with a few buds (friends...Not weed).

Yes that's the 1 I'm talking about, It's fairly large, nice bar, all different types of people so it's not just a super young crowd but mixed ages which is always nice.

Wow thats been there for a long time, forgot about that location since I haven't lived out there in quite some time. It was tiny but loved the Pizza there.

The original Boces on Bailey is always my go to, to me there is no others like it. Another good 1 for the atmosphere and overall experience is Santoras Pizza Pub & Grill on Transit road. Really cool atmosphere imo.

Yikes, again I might sound like I'm being negative but 5'11" 165 lbs. had only 10 points in 55 games, This is more like the 1 in a million rather than the darkhorse imo.

Yeah but I said exclusively towards the end of the year when they were in the playoff picture so I was incorrect, I think I was thinking of the beginning of the season but I was being pretty lazy when I could have just looked it up.

I get what you're saying and I'm not trying to be a debbie downer at all but I just don't agree with it. You reward them once they've actually deserved the reward not when you potentially could be better but again the Sabres did it but we don't all have to like it. I knew my take wouldn't be popular but I was just giving my opinion since people were hammering Buffalonill. This is another thing I don't like, hiring top notch people instead of your friends. McDermott has hired plenty of outside the box hires (Daboll, Dennison, maybe Frazier?) because he felt they were right for the job not just because they were buds but again it is what it is, I'm not bitter, I don't want them to fail I was just saying I wasn't a fan of the extensions that's all. Ok now what was the record from the time they were considered a playoff contender until they didn't make it to the playoffs. That is what I meant, I don't really care that they wen't 9-3-1 when they already knew the season was over, that's great but they went on like a 9-10 game losing streak in that playoff window, we were absolutely abysmal on the PK, the PP was predictable, no forwards worth a damn defensively. They 100% collapsed when the pressure of the playoffs was in sight, I don't care what you say.

I'm with @Buffalonill on this 1, not sure why were shelling out contract extensions until we actually start seeing playoff results, doesn't make much sense imo. I 100% understand our offense took a huge leap forward but you also can't deny it sputtered down the stretch that we needed it the most. Our PP became predictable and even downright frustrating once teams took away Thompson, I also realize Tage got injured for a bit but when we needed the team to run on all cylinders we failed. I'm not sure why any defensive coach is getting a raise until they prove they are worth the contract. Toronto fires coaches and GM's for not getting passed the 2nd round of playoffs and we award coaches for almost making it, I want the standards to be higher but again just my opinion.

I've watched a bunch of this guys videos in the past, he's pretty insightful on alot of the teams, obviosuly does his homework and just doesn't talk out of his ass like alot of others do or make stuff up to fit a narrative. He's spot on pretty much where we all are, too many defensemen and could definitely use help at goalie.

I doubt Hellebuyck goes to any team without a long term contract in place, it wouldn’t make much sense for him.

Way too much term for a guy who has regressed. We need a 2-3 year bridge guy with Levi. Gibson was my desperation goalie when we had nobody.

The first guy i wanted was Joonas Korpisalo, we were never giving a goalie a 5 year deal so understand that move but you're telling me we couldn't of given like 3.5M per year to either Raanta or Fredrick Anderson? I think it's a missed opportunity imo.

Thatcher Demko is who i think they're targeting, 3 years left at 5M and can trade him in 2 seasons if need be. Adams was already talking to the Canucks GM during the draft and I'm not sure who else we would want there if it isn't Demco

I pretty much agree with all of this, I think he is once again in a similar situation as last season, I think Levi is going to be a stud but he's still going to be a rookie, there will be ups and downs imo and not having someone good enough to handle the downs is a huge mistake. I also agree, I think the D is improved but I feel like we're still missing a top 4 guy. I was hoping for solid 2 way forwards to replace Okposo and Girgensons and we didn't do that plus we weren't very good at all on faceoffs and have done nothing to improve that either. I like the 2 defensive defensmen adds plus they bring toughness. I'm not sure this is a playoff team as is to be honest, Quinn being out is another blow that we could not afford to take. I hope I'm wrong obviously!
