If they fired every scout, GM, all the assistant coaches and replaced them with upgrades then it would show this thing is headed in the right direction. I'm fully expecting the Sabres to hire Fortin as GM and Appert as HC and this will set us back at least another 5 years. Hire a legit GM who has won in some cpacity, keep Lindy as HC, get all new assistants who again have won something. Or if you're going to hire a first time GM, poach someone who is on a winning organization.

How many goals will they score on our power play this time?

6 on 4 and a guy with no stick so basically 6 on 3 and still get out worked and a goal scored on us.

Not 1 player in front of the net on the power play, players continue to keep losing the puck just stick handling. More garbage coaching from Appert.

Our leaders just give the puck up at will every game.

There needs to be monumental changes from the new GM.

I don't agree with this at all, I don't think there is a person, maybe a rare few who enjoys losing or is ok with losing (maybe to a child when they're young). I can't see a billionaire who is most likely used to winning on a daily basis now being called out as 1 of the worst NHL owners being good with that imo. I also don't think players are good with it either but you have to have more than just talent/potential stars to win because so does every NHL team.

I want this mans job.
