I know many in the organization keep saying that it will take time for the system but the defensive core has been with each other 2-3 years now and they continue to be mediocre, I don't think this defensive core is playoff caliber but that's just my opinion.

I would like a trade I just don’t want it to be by Adams for reasons I’ve stated countless times.

I'm not defending him as being a "good player" I just don't personally believe in the stat? It is a stat right? I should have worded it at the end as saying "but I respect those who go by this stat" because it sounds like what I'm stating is fact when in turn it's just my opinion so my bad. I don't want to discredit those who use this in part of their evaluations I just don't personally think this is a useful stat and I'm of the old school variety where my eyes tell me more than something like this (as I was just told I needed glasses so take me with a grain of salt lol).

Relative expected goals? This might be the dumbest ***** I've seen on here in awhile. Seriously could there be a more meaningless stat if this is even a stat? How can you possibly factor that it's better when he's off the ice than when he's on? Is there not other players on the ice at the same time as him who factor in this equation? More nerd stats that people who think they're smarter than everyone created and now everyone goes with it.

Or hire his services and teach the young lad how not to get his face broken?

I just don't think this group is good enough. The only way I see us making it is a trade for a top 6 (Travis Konecny- PHI would be my target), upgrade D Henri Jokiharju (not sure who would be a target right now but a rugged defensive Dman) and some sort of a fighter, doesn't have to be Hathaway but someone that other teams fear because this team doesn't have that guy imo.

I truly think Cozens is toast. That fight he got rocked really messed with him mentally and never left, he looks like a shell of his former self already.

The Panthers are just so well constructed, waves of scrappy guys who get open and shoot the puck.

Cozens is struggling at everything yet hes on every line it seems.

I tried to like the guy but he doesn't hit, doesn't score enough, doesn't play very good defensively and is just average imo.

Fun game so far though!

Power is so mind boggling annoying to watch, I don't really like anything about his game at all.

Kulich looks really good. Ryan Mcleod continues to impress!

WE WIN!!!! Peterka for me is our superstar, McLeod is really growing on me also, he always seems noticeable in a good way. Malenstyn is a breathe of fresh air and for me I'd like to see a few more of his types along with 1 legit fighter. UPL was also really good in net tonight and was looking like himself even after that bad 2nd goal he let in or maybe the first I don't remember but it was 1 softee but other than that he was lights out.

Unfortunately the Sabres clearly need to make moves but i don't want Adams to have any part of that. We need a legit GM from a winning organization that knows what it looks like to win. Someone from Colorado, Dallas, Boston, that can identify what is wrong and fix said parts.

We're about to see it this year I think.

Man this sucks so bad, this team needs a clear new direction. I don't think i have it in me for yet another rebuild.
