I agree that RK and KA are probably equal in power and authority. If RK is fired it most likely will not be at KA say. I think Krueger is a problem but the bigger problem is at the top. The hockey operation is , I fear, not going to change without the hiring of an experienced hockey guy to oversee with authority the whole operation. We've changed coaches and GM's. The problem is who our owners hire and whether they want to continue to oversee hockey operation. I'm convinced that's the problem.

Lack of scoring has been a bigger problem. Goaltender second with exception of a few games. Long term goaltending long term bigger problem.

I don't think a new coach is in the cards this season. Still believe you need someone to come in and put this hockey operation in order. Then look at the rest. Just a new coach? Not sure you could get a quality coach in here right now.

Eichel isn't perfect in all this. Maybe he's not ideal captain material either. Nevertheless he's a elite center. First, let's bring someone with a record to stabilize this franchise. I would bring a Jim Rutherford type in to oversee the whole operation. Finish out the season with Jack. Make him happy if at all possible. Let RK coach for this season and let the overseer then decide on coaching staff going forward. I think Adams and Rutherford have a relationship that could prove helpful.

The talent on this team I believe is better than you believe it is. Certainly better than it's performance. Sorry, I just think you're under evaluating our players.

Quite frankly, I think there are less select candidates than we think. We have also to not believe the bs that the select group is that great. I think less than thirty one.

This is a concern of mine. Does any experienced, successful candidate want to come here. I would question why unless they had pretty much total control and security. Probably not happening.

Sorry, Bylsma is the only experienced coach and had a team handed him. We haven't had proven people in key positions. Period. Housley? Please he was not experienced.

We've had roster overhauls. We've changed coaches and GM's. Bad hiring by ownership. Hiring green inexperienced GM's and coaches. I remember us fans calling for young fresh blood. Well, repent we need EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I like KA. I like RK. I like TP. I'm not sure any of them is competent at their position. Of the three, only Adams am I still unsure of. RK seen enough and also TP. They both have lost my confidence at this point.

The coach and company better go before any talk of Eichel being traded! But I fear he's getting to the point of get me out of hear discussions with his agent.

I'm not sure who I would blame more but I lean toward RK. The GM didn't upgrade our goalkeeper situation but frankly that area hasn't been the biggest problem. So, I vote RK off the island. Unless the owners are eligible for such a move off the island. This seems like hopeless situation. Stand by for Eichel trade to complete the spiral.

Agree. I also think they are good people. Also just don't seem to have a clue on how to operate this franchise. The only thing that hasn't changed over this decade of futility is the owners. No place to look anymore for explanation. One thing we've learned you can't simply spend to win.
