Yes, and they are behind the Sabres. I thought he would be done after his failed stint in Buffalo.

If Stillman can push Bryson and Clague down a rung it will be a good trade. Your post brought back a sad memory, “we got Matt Irwin!”.

Jack Quinn is on the verge of something awesome

He has definitely taken a step forward. He doesn’t look out of place on that line. He has a different style of game than Tuch but is IQ and his linemates’ IQ is high so they’ve meshed quickly. He also needs more PP time. I’ve had enough of KO on PP2 or VO on PP1. -
I haven’t been on the Chychrun train at all. It seems too rich for a 3-4D. Last night exposed the Sabres without Dahlin. Power tried but is not ready for 1D duty. The drop off to Mule, Joker, Boosh, Clague and Bryson is massive. I don’t want to sell the farm but if KA is the last man standing on Friday, he should take a good swing at Chychrun.

Isles get at least one point, going to OT vs Wild.

Nick Jensen is still available.

Ho hum, another award. Congrats Devon, keep it up, but don’t go too deep into the playoffs. I would like you to sign ASAP.

The Last of Us has captured me. Bella Ramsey is really good. I liked her in Game of Thrones and she has taken herself to another level. -
Puljujarvi was awesome at the World Juniors with Aho and Laine. Long time ago….

Jiri Kulich named AHL Player of the Week
French Collection replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
I think JJP is faster than Quinn in a straight line race. I think he will be bigger and more physical than Quinn. Quinn has better edge work and can dangle through traffic. Quinn has a better shot. The biggest difference is hockey IQ, Quinn has it in spades. -
For sure he is trying to justify this trade. He obviously really wanted Jeannot and Poile sensed it, holding out for maximum value. The Bolts are in a different position than most teams, 3 consecutive finals and still having their core. His view of picks is different than say Chicago, at this point in time. Chicago was doing this type of trade when they were winning 3 Cups. Draft picks played a role in getting Stamkos, Hedman, Kucherov, Vasilevskiy and Point. I think he over payed by a lot but they may win a Cup.

Not exactly a trade that moves the needle. I’ve seen Bloom play a lot. He is a long term prospect that will play in the AHL and may never crack the NHL. He is a good junior player but doesn’t drive his line. He is a complimentary player that is good in both directions. He plays PP1 on a good junior team but he is not the playmaker or trigger man. He is often the bumper guy and moves to the net front to clean up rebounds. He is a good PK guy who anticipates well and scores a lot of shorthanded goals. Anyway, he is gone. He was low on the pipeline totem pole and KA probably couldn’t see him in B&G. In my opinion, his ceiling is Dan Paille but will need a lot of work to get there. Stillman I don’t know much about other than he comes from a hockey family. Dad Corey played a long time in the NHL and is currently an assistant in AZ. His brother Chase is a Devils 1st rounder playing in the OHL and was coached by his father in Sudbury. If he is better than Bryson I am happy. I suspect there are other moves afoot here.
