Let's Make a Deal (Suggestions for K.A. for 2023)

I wouldn’t be opposed to Ryan McDonagh as a 4-5 Dman from Nashville. I have not seen him play this year so I don’t know if he is still at that level. Not a spring chicken and not cheap but he has won Cups, been an NHL captain and is a warrior. If Nashville is rebuilding they may move him and he may want to go to Buffalo. -
Habs help by beating Pens, merci.

I still have as much hair as I did 30 years ago, it just migrated to other parts of my body from my head. -

OMG! ´Did you ever think about that 31 teams didn’t trade up to pick you? ‘ Priceless. -
High winds and wet snow in New Hampshire and Massachusetts right now. Storm is moving north through New England.

Gotta stick with a winning lineup right? -
Is he there yet? Hurry up and wait. I think he takes a week or so. There is probably a bunch of academic stuff he needs to clear up. .941 sv% in his last game, that’s about right for his NCAA career.
-
A slightly more skilled Brett Murray. Granato may unlock a little more out of him.
-
Rasmus hasn’t been helping his case lately. Morrissey got hurt tonight, hasn’t played since the second. Jets beat Panthers in OT.
-
Shesterkin is one whole inch taller than Levi. Saros is one inch shorter. If the talent and the will are there, this guy will be the Sabres #1 within 2 years.
-
Levi has allowed 1 goal on 26 shots with 9:00 left in the game. 1-1 vs Providence.
-
UPL played well, which was good to see. The team was hounding the puck, making it tough on the Rangers. Shesterkin got lucky a few times but was huge on a lot of plays. He showed how a team can win with a solid goalie. Peterka was flying, Dahlin was dangling. Boosh and Stillman were doing good things. Kane’s goal was lucky and VO missed a few easy chances. I was entertained right until the end, too bad the refs decided to call that in OT. I think the Sabres were the better team, if they could pay like that all the time they are in the playoffs.

Don’t know why he started so slowly. New team with some vets on D. He had to earn his ice time? Point a game Dman since Jan.20th.
-
Mats Lindgren has started scoring again. 1G 2A today, 2nd star in a win for Red Deer.
-
Bruins come back to win 3-2.
-
What would support that structure would be a couple of vets (maybe the 4D) that hold the rest accountable. “Hey kid, you’ve got to pay the price on that play in order to get the puck out” “Don’t chase, that will leave a hole they will exploit.” Is Ryan McDonagh still a 4D? He’s 34 but has a winning pedigree and leadership qualities. He’s the type I’m looking for to partner with Power. McDonagh at 29 years old.

Detroit off to a good start vs Bruins, 2-0 after the first.
-
Ok thanks. They have their own 7th, I guess. If this guy is undrafted they should invite him to those camps again. He may be a candidate for Cincinnati.
-
I wonder if Tomas Suchanek gets drafted this summer. He attended the Sabres development and rookie camps this past year. He turns 20 in April. 6’2, decent numbers in the WHL. He has performed well internationally for Czechia. He could be worth using the 7th round pick they got for Asplund.
