If UPL starts in Rochester, Dell will backup Anderson in Buffalo, and Tokarski will probably backup UPL in Rochester, with Houser back in the ECHL as before.

Since Dell signed a two way contract, it looks like the plan is to give UPL the chance to win the starting job, with Anderson as the veteran backup mentor.
