They probably called coach Cunnyworth and he told Bailey he was going up. So after calling him about Catenacci, the Sabres recalled Cunnyworth about Bailey. -

Both are improper. They are called back. To recall is to make the same call twice. -

But did they originally call him to say he was going to Rochester, or do it in person? To say recall means they're calling him again. -

Shouldn't it be "called up", since he's never played a regular season game. Put him with Eichel, don't waste him on the 4th line while Moulson plays with Jack. -
I think that Trump will maintain enough national support that the Repubs could end up with no one with enough delegates before the convention. Cruz and Rubio will be in the mix. Bush has the money to stay in, and we'll have to see if W campaigning for him is a plus or minus. Although Kasich was strong in NH, he don't have much money or ground game in the south. Christie may well drop out and hope to be the VP pick. Fiorina and Carson are the walking dead but may stay in a bit longer.

Putting aside that the article is clearly slanted towards Bernie, it fails to adequately address what will be a major issue in the general election; foreign policy. In that respect, it will benefit the Democrat to be more like Reagan given the national concern about foreign aggression. That was the perceived weakness and downfall of the mentioned previous liberal Democrats LBJ, McGovern, and Carter. And though I disagreed with Reagan's domestic policy, he did build relationships and compromise with the Congress to pass legislation, another Clinton strength. So Democrat voters will have to decide if they want to win the "pure Democrat" arguement, or the general election.

They might play 7 D and move Franson up to wing.

You realize that's Ray's schtick to make fun of the other guy's wearing pocket squares. So every pre-game he puts something in his pocket, and that game it was a hot dog.

Christie challenged Rubio about how he can't think on his feet and he just keeps repeating the same memorized scripts about how Obama knows what he's doing trying to change the country. Rubio went on to do it five times, and it's also what he says in his commercial. http://youtu.be/vGWPo7GqA6w

I disagree, they weren't getting open or spreading out so he tried to force to puck to them. The forwards who should have been out there would give him better passing options.

Having Gionta and Larsson out there is basically playing not to lose. Risto tried to do too much because those two were out there. Eichel, O'Reilly, Reinhart, Kane, Girganson, and maybe McGinn should be the only forwards getting ice in OT.

Nice game 4-0 over Bham. New D Bowman +2. Bailey 2g 1a. He's going to push for a job with the Sabres next season.

#Amerks forward Dan Catenacci has 7-9-16 in 36 games this season, and has been producing of late: 5-game point streak (1-5-6). The #Amerks have added D Collin Bowman from ECHL Colorado. 12-19-31 in 42 games. Career: 225 ECHL games, 21 AHL with Iowa. 4th in scoring among ECHL defensemen. At some point, all AHL games will include two referees, said Mike Murray, the league’s vice president of hockey operations. There’s isn’t a firm timeline for that development, Murray added, because the change is tied to the quantity and quality of referees the league can hire. Murray said the frequency of two-referee crews is “based on availability and talent of officials that we schedule. Every single NHL referee has worked in the AHL so it’s important for development that we continue to move toward that system.” http://www.wrongsideoftheredline.com/2015/03/ahl-working-toward-goal-of-2-refs-for-all-games/

Carrier was the #1 star last night with 1 goal 2 assists. I thought Ullmark should have been, and he didn't even get a star. Perhaps those two play the opposing lines pretty even and neither side scores much when they're on. And the other lines are much worse.

Went to the Amerks game in Syracuse, a 5-4 win. Ullmark was the difference with 39 saves, many of them during scrums in front of the crease. The Amerks clearly need an upgrade in speed next year, the Bailey line is the only one that is consistantly strong. The D looked slow and had trouble on breakouts. From the start of the game they were outshot 13-1. O'Reilly didn't play. Kaleta was entertaining. He tried to get Morimina to fight for about 20 seconds as they skated around but Morimina wouldn't drop them. Then he chirped the Crunch bench all night. Nevins fell into the boards as he was checking, hit his head, and left the game in the 2nd. With only one ref, there were a bunch of penalties that were missed that I think would have been called with two. Fortunately the Crunch goalies (switched in 3rd after 4th goal) were Chad Johnson-like and let in a couple soft goals. There was a small but vocal group of Amerks fans. One funny guy kept yelling, "Let's go Amerks" that the whole rink could hear.

They'll probably put Moulson up on Eichel's line. They have to keep Matt's wife happy so she'll keep doing Jack's laundry.

Not really, they used the same format a couple weeks ago that also had O'Malley. And this one was already scheduled, while tonight is one of the new ones. I know one of the new debates will be in Flint. These formats don't get publicized as much as the debates. I guess the networks think confrontational formats are better for ratings and give them more publicity.

It wasn't a debate, it was a "town hall meeting". The debate is Thurs night on MSNBC.

The difference is I don't think Trump believes everything he says, but I think Cruz believes what he says. Given what he says, that makes Cruz scarier.

"Carson told reporters earlier in the night that he planned to go to Florida for a day to get “fresh clothes” after 18 days on the campaign trail; the campaign pushed back against “false media reports” that Carson was suspending his campaign, while one prominent Cruz surrogate – Rep. Steve King – championed a CNN tweet describing Carson’s as a sign the retired pediatric neurosurgeon was getting out of the race."

Rut-roh, dirty tricks already? Dr. Ben Carson and his campaign accused Sen. Ted Cruz’s team of sabotaging Carson in the Iowa caucuses Monday night by encouraging Cruz supporters to tell voters at their caucus sites – incorrectly – that Carson was dropping out of the race. “It was happening all over,” Iowa State Director Ryan Rhodes told MSNBC. “One of the precincts Candy [Carson, the candidate’s wife] walked into, she had to correct the record. She actually walked in, in Ankeny, and gave a speech about no, he’s still in the race and that’s a lie.” “That is really quite a dirty trick,” Carson told reporters on Monday night. ”I want [my supporters] to recognize this makes me more determined than ever to keep going.” “To have campaigns come out and send emails to their caucus speakers suggesting that Dr. Carson was doing anything but moving forward after tonight is the lowest of low in American politics,” Carson campaign manager Ed Brookover told reporters. Carson’s state co-chair, Rob Taylor, was more blunt, saying “This is horses—t, bottom line.” “You can bleep it out all you want, but Iowans understand,” added Taylor, who is also a state representative and chair of the ethics committee in the state legislature. He said he will be releasing an official statement Tuesday “as to the potential ethical misconduct of the Cruz campaign.” http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/carson-other-campaigns-sabotaged-us-dirty-tricks

Ugh, Ted Cruz. He is the worst of the Repubs. I can only hope he goes the way of previous Iowa winners Bachmann, Huckabee, and Santorum.
