Eakin, Hayden, and Skinner. Not your best forward group for defensive zone coverage.
-
Skinner out. Get him the hat trick! Damn.
-
Yes! Out to finish the game... not Eakin. The Asplund-Krebs-Olofsson line. And automatic from downtown, VO.
-
And I've got to see a replay, because maybe with a helluva flagrant uncalled elbow.
-
	Mitts with a helluva shift
-
Great fight by Tuch on the boards. Puck pops to Skinner. To the middle. Now let's get a few empties.
-
Good. Goooooooooood! Let the Party flow through you!
-
It can never be said enough
-
	I'm baaaaaack!
-
I was making/eating dinner. Whatever happened is on me. But I'm back. Let's tie this one up!
-
Third period. We're going in. We're going in full throttle. That ought to keep those Wild off our back.
-
	Freakin' Eakin!
-
As Thompson gets experience at center and improves defensively, his stick length is going to become such an asset. We're seeing it already. But imagine a Brian Boyle type in his own zone, but with 30G+ potential.
-
2 more inches to the left, Krebs. Sabres finally waking up at even strength.
-
Dahlin is going full flow. It's not What a save! Krebs did the hand lift. Couldn't ask for a better 2-on-1 combo than Krebs with the puck to Olofsson... and then back. Great save. ... it's not business in front like Eakin.
-
Capes are awesome. Haircapes are not as water resistant.
-
Don't look now, but the Sabres have drawn even in shots. Good shot block, TT.
-
That's where I think Johnson has the skating ability to cover for his offhand. But Bryson is a good 6/7 option while we ramp up to our new core for the next season or two.
-
Cozens, Tuch, and Bjork... 3 lines represented on that shift and they just went into all-out scramble mode. Yikes. You know... if VO, Asplund, and Krebs can mesh... that's a really well-round 3rd line. Undersized/undergrit... but if you can get them an o-zone faceoff and find a 4th line of NHL-caliber heavy grinders who are defensive zone monsters next season, that'd be an OK bottom 6.

Kaprizov's vision is elite. Fun to watch.
-
The Wild came back from 4 one-goal deficits last night and did it another time early this year. The Sabres need to keep pushing the pace and wear them down and out.
-
	Great play, Muel!
-
1st PP looks great... and the PP2 cleans up a rebound. Rinse and repeat this all night.
-
	Dangerous looking PP
-
Our 4th line... Good job, Tuch. He's been missing his drive lately, but there it was.
