  1. They'd be the smallest market in the NFL (Green Bay will never count).
  2. Trump: “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States" Woman: *dumps coffee on Muslims* Rubio supported and expanded on Trump's desire to shut down mosques in the U.S. Cruz introduced legislation to ban Muslim refugees but allow Christian ones to enter the US. Jeb supported this idea and believes asking a refugee "are you Christian" would be enough to identify them (WAIT, WHY CAN'T WE JUST ASK THEM IF THEY'RE ISIS THEN!?) Blah blah. I'm pissed and I'm not voting for Trump. I must be broken.
  3. I'm not intentionally removing Republicans. The entire group of candidates the Republicans have out there right now are spouting off hatespeech. They're all getting support. The party is supporting hate speech. That's not to say every single individual who identifies as Republican is a hateful douchebag, but there is certainly much more than a handful. And they're a handful. His supporters aren't racist or bigoted, they just support racism and bigotry... Potato pofreakingtato. I only work with one individual who feels comfortable saying out loud that Trump "isn't that bad." The rest think he's a joke. And I work with more republicans than I do democrats. They're educated people. I'm pissed. I'm tired of these crap excuses for Donald Trump. "People are pissed... People want somebody who will shake up the political system... He's just saying what everybody is thinking... Nobody else has come up with a plan as specific as 'build a wall hurr hurr..." No. you, Donald. If only New York City traffic flowed faster whilst you walked the streets.
  4. Just because you have the right to say something hateful doesn't mean you should say it. Actions are louder than words. These words have led to actions. I hear you loud and clear, Trump. You're getting the change you and your supporters want. It's already too late to do anything about the crap coming from the buffoon's mouth. The consequences of his verbal terrorist attacks can't just be shoved aside by the sensible mass because they were already heard by the Muslim youth and the Xenophobic individuals among us. They've stricken fear into American followers of Islam and given hope for those who bought their pitchforks before they had permission to use them. Boy do they have permission now. People on both edges have now been pushed over. On the edge of joining an Islamic terrorist group because you're tired of America's ways? Done. On the edge of publicly shaming those who are unlike you for their religion or skin color? Done. We're losing.
  5. Extreme Home Makeover show where they take a family's home and completely revamp it. At the end they have a big reveal where they park a bus in front of the house then the whole crowd chants "move that bus." They move it and reveal the work that was done.
  6. Bingo. Blow the whole thing up.
  7. This made me laugh far too much https://vine.co/v/iWz1Q7XaMUO
  8. Torts benched Ryan Johansen and will make him a healthy scratch tonight. I get wanting effort from guys but Torts is so out of touch here.
  9. Yes. And yes, I guess. We have the right to kill ourselves.
  10. Certainly not but it's far worse now than probably ever. Thanks to the idiots propping up Trump.
  11. The hate speech disguised as politics on the republican side has bred a new batch of adults who suddenly feel able to publicly attack and shame Muslims... Good job. https://grasswire.com/story/999/Coffee-Hate-Crime
  12. Rebrand the Bills entirely. New name (they're named after the guy who killed a load of the animal in their logo... One of the worst non-racist names in sports). New color scheme (Jesus Christ how many red white and blue teams do we need!? Quit being lazy). Their logo and jerseys are perfect but I still hate the name and color scheme. Always have. It's not going to change, though. Just get the Sabres back to royal blue. I, for one, love cities who have a universal color scheme but it's just not going to happen here. Seattle and Pittsburgh are the only ones off the top of my head that do it. It works.
  13. When I was a kid I knew like 6 families who ate and dressed like but had parents who smoked like a chimney. Cigarettes should be illegal. em.
  14. There's always "I don't think X was THE problem." There's almost never THE problem. There are many. I don't think Tyrod is A problem, but I'm also no convinced he's a solution. All I'm interested in at this point is solutions. Because of that I think they need to address the position ASAP and Tyrod will be a part of that, at least immediately. Until you're sure you keep working at the position.
  15. Carson Wentz (QB) of North Dakota State has slipped into the first round for two of the most respected draft analysts - Dane Brugler (CBS) and Mike Mayock (NFLN).
  16. Neither do I. Unless it was roughed up or whatever but it wasn't...
  17. That is *literally* what they are, yes. Will mean different things for different people. Those aren't all the photos released to agencies, just the ones that outlet decided to publish.
  18. http://abc7chicago.com/news/first-look-at-photographic-evidence-in-patrick-kane-rape-investigation/1124342/ First photos of the accuser's alleged injuries in the Patrick Kane case revealed. Not all posted there.
  19. I don't believe a thing that guy says but for the sake of speculation: Boedker is a 25-year-old left winger who has 11-11-22 through 30 games. UFA at the end of this season. Jones is a 31-year-old right winger who has 7-4-11 and is a UFA at the end of this season. Jones would likely be pretty cheap. Good depth guy. Boedker would be more expensive but considering how much trouble they've had getting contract talks with him going in the right direction he could probably be had. I would trade Ennis for him straight up if I felt we could get a contract signed.
  20. I still firmly believe that selling football tickets in Buffalo isn't hard. If that's the goal then move the team to LA. It gets especially easy if your GM/owner goes out and gets LeSean McCoy and Rex Ryan (which Russ Brandon was in the meetings on so likely had a say whether or not anybody will admit it).
  21. Maybe losing teams are just boring and we're all kind of simultaneously realizing it. These last two years were "fun" for me because I got what I wanted... But between the Bills and the Sabre years surrounding the tank we haven't seen much success.
  22. I'm not sure taking a shorter deal is worth it in the NHL when you've already established yourself as an elite player. Also, why would a radio station get the team fined? Sure, TSN is a minority owner of the Leafs but this is just an affiliate station and not the company itself.
  23. I like how the NHL focuses so much on the literal interpretation of offsides and icing (like making sure to call it if a guy is an inch ahead of/behind the line) instead of just focusing on the intention (preventing cherry picking and wasting time by dumping it anytime)... But then ignores both the intention and literal interpretation of interference.
  24. Hertl out with LBI but some still wondering why they wouldn't tell them that earlier.
