Pro Football Focus has Cordy Glenn rated as the sixth best tackle this season. Seantrel Henderson rates out as 69th out of 76.

I agree with this. But I don't think it's a great crime to say you think something somebody said was bad. And if you don't like somebody saying what you said was bad then... Ignore it and move on.
-
Nobody is telling you what to say. People are telling you that what you're saying is garbage. You can say it all you want.

The Oilers are two points out of 30th and three points out of a playoff spot.

What rights are you referencing? The original post from D4rk was talking about Americans being killed. Is that a right?

Just to add more to the Stamkos to Toronto stuff: he liked a post about the Leafs pursuing him on Twitter... http://usat.ly/21QoHii This is the second time he's done this.

I assume that, as well. Just not sure about his history with Muslims.

Care to expand on this? I couldn't find anything on my honorable three minute internet search. I would look harder if I have the time.

Kris Baker, the authority on Sabres prospects, believes Fasching will be in the NHL next season. Thinks he may only need a small stint in the AHL, but other than that he is pro ready. I feel the same. Guhle is a ways away, though.

This is their actual full image: It seems like the Sabres or Jets would've been a better example.

To follow up: http://miamiherald.typepad.com/flapanthers/ Panthers are getting new jerseys and a new logo next year. Good news.

Watching OTL talk about NFL discussion they have Ron Rivera and John Harbaugh answering reporter questions during their press conferences from Monday... It's very clear to me that those within the game do not care about concussion. I'm sure there are exceptions among the players, but Harbaugh flat out lied about his QB being evaluated (he said somebody ran on the field to evaluate him immediately which was a stupid thing to say considering everybody watching knows that didn't happen). Rivera got angry at a reporter for asking questions about Cam Newton taking two shots to the head but staying in the game. The attitude just seems to be "all those nerds worrying about concussions don't understand the game. We'll satisfy their stupid rules with lies and continue playing our game." The number of former players dealing with shattered lives should alarm these people... Even the NFL keeps letting these teams off easy by giving them a pass when they fail to follow protocol.

I'm interested to hear more of this mindset. It's not uncommon for people to think that morals are tied to religion so it must be hard to have one without the other... But I think that's rather insulting, to be honest. I once had a Muslim friend of mine ask me how I could be atheist and she went on to say that religion came before human nature. (If that is indeed what you mean)

He may not report to the IceCaps. Apparently in talks with KHL teams.

I'm still a major doubter of the Panthers, but I think there's steps to be made to make this team attractive. One is literal and appears to be coming: new sweaters. They should also get a new logo.

Custance: Under expansion draft plan presented to executive committee, there would be minimum requirements on how much salary has to be exposed. League believes that the ability to expand and do an expansion draft would override any no-trade or no-move clauses. Will work w/PA on that.
-
Craig Custance: NHL shared potential expansion draft plans with the executive committee to get feedback. An expansion draft would look different this time around with salaries now part of the equation. League wants potential expansion teams to be competitive, which will factor in the rules. Belief is that is best for all involved. League continues to stay in communication with interested Seattle groups, even though they won't be a part of this round of expansion.
-
Dreger: Word from day two of the Board of Governors meetings, the NHL intends on eliminating compensation for execs/coaches. No surprise. Well that last a while... I truly don't get it though. The only reason people hate the rule is for fired execs/coaches. Get rid of compensation for them only.

Thank you

If he does that it's fine. I'm just saying, for my part, when I talk about wanting trades I'm not saying it has to be immediate. I'll trust mostly anything GMTM does right now. Have no reason not to. On expectations and results: there were a lot of people here who said they might be a playoff team or near it (I predicted playoffs in the prediction thread but openly said I didn't believe it was realistic). But if they end up over 70 points it's a huge improvement.
-
I'm not ready to say that they're a playoff team next year but I agree with what you're saying for the most part. I don't want a deal now or tomorrow. But this offseason will likely be a good time to make the move or at least try to.

http://espn.go.com/nhl/story/_/id/14318990/nhl-morning-3-3-where-nhl-expand-next ESPNers believe it's heading towards LV expansion while they wait on Seattle. QC saved for relocation.

Actually just about everybody predicted this team would be at or near 30th again. Everybody but this board from what I saw, read an heard. Even so they're on track for a major improvement over last year. I don't think this year is enough to tell you whether or not the key pieces to this team are able to be key pieces to a contender, but I think it's already clear what positions need to be addressed.
