Cook up some spinach then mix in ricotta cheese. Cut slits into raw chicken where you stuff the spinach mix into the slots. Toss some cheddar and paprika on top to bake. Good with mshed potatoes and green beans.

I made hasselback chicken for the first time on Tuesday... Fantastic. I'm no cook so it was an actual effort to try and I enjoyed it entirely. Recommended if you haven't tried it yourself.

On the flip side... Minnesota: have had the best years in franchise history lately. Pominville was a part of that once he joined the team. Winnipeg: too early. They've been bad since Atlanta and made the playoffs last year in an unlikely run. Nashville: has embraced Goose in the 4th line role and are a Stanley Cup contender if the one question they didn't think would be an issue gets answered (goaltending). Vancouver: aging team added an aging goaltender. St. Louis: Miller could've been their answer but they threw a bandaid on their goalie problem hoping it would lead to a Cup.

On Lehner: I like what I've seen so far but still too early. On concrete: what a great invention. So many uses.

The first one isn't enough for Cam Fowler. But I would do it obviously. I would do them all except the Columbus and Larsson ones. Maybe Ennis, Gorges, a second and a fourth? That might still fall just short because of Ennis' health.

If we are looking to send him off for a second I hope we target Pittsburgh and Nashville who should be much higher picks than if we target teams like Chicago or Florida.
