It's still Connolly. Connolly just never appears on mobile (and never has).

I don't think this story has been mentioned here, and the entirety of the story isn't "awesome" but what this father did for his children is incredible. http://www.twcnews.com/nys/buffalo/news/2016/02/19/fatal-buffalo-house-fire.html He's a hero. He pulled his daughter from the fire who is now in Cincinnati fighting for her life (she will be the hospital for at least a year with 90% burns on her body). He then rushed back in to the home to rescue his other children who had already gotten out of the building (but he was unaware). He never came back out. This was the second time in 2016 alone that he rushed into a burning home, the other time was for a stranger whose house was burning on his walk home one night...

Kane is the anti-Vanek. I'm okay with it.

Is it just me or has Pysyk been taking a few too many trips to the box lately?

Jagr can play in this league for as long he wants. I love watching this guy go to work.

It's tough because of Moulson's bad contract but I think 5x5 would be where I'd go on him. I would be willing to add term if he sacrifices salary or lower term and increase salary some.

Ryan O'Reilly lower-body injury; could be out "several weeks"
Hoss replied to Hoss's topic in The Aud Club
Discus. It was a dad joke. I will remove. Sorry for failing you all. :p -

And discus! Lettuce discus ROR's injury. -
His campaign or ALL campaigns?

I see no reason to believe that Donald Trump actually has a single clue what it takes to be president or what the job requires.

Boedker has hit a big slump which may coincide with the activity on an extension/trade talk for him. He has one goal in 23 games. But I still contest that he'd be a great addition to our top six or just to the team in general.
-
Swamp and wjag - I like your responses. Good stuff.
-
I guess I just don't understand what Boedker has to do with our finish this season then. Also, what forwards do you put ahead of Boedker? I can think of four: Kane, O'Reilly, Eichel and Reinhart.

John Vogl @BuffNewsVogl Ryan O'Reilly was limping after game in Columbus and met with trainers there. Could be a foot and several weeks, source says. We'll see soon I started an O'Reilly injury thread, by the way.

He is apparently a healthy scratch. He gave up four goals on 20 shots.

John Vogl @BuffNewsVogl Ryan O'Reilly was limping after game in Columbus and met with trainers there. Could be a foot and several weeks, source says. We'll see soon Joe Yerdon @JoeYerdon Bylsma said O’Reilly’s injury happened last game but you wouldn’t be able to pick out on video when it happened. #PITvsBUF Bill Hoppe @BillHoppeNHL Ryan O'Reilly is out today ... Dan Bylsma will have an update after the game. Sounds like this could be more than a game. #Sabres Paul Hamilton @pham1717 Sorry, guys, talking to Bailey and I tweeted from my pocket. 90 is out and we'll get a better update tomorrow. I'm hearing it's not good but Paul Hamilton @pham1717 we'll see

Meaning are thinking about it because of the poor selection of candidates? Or did you have previous considerations and the timing is just coincidental? I'm honestly interested in whether people would consider it. I've thought about it. My lease expires next March, and I like the idea of a life where I don't have to think about "President Trump" daily. I'm not sure how feasible a move is without knowing much about Canada or its jobs. But you always hear "if XXX happens I'm moving to Canada." Well, would you?

Buffalo Sabres @BuffaloSabres Coach Bylsma says Bailey will play; Ryan O'Reilly will be out today with a lower-body injury.

Has anybody else actually put legitimate thought into a move out of the country if Trump becomes POTUS?

If every single player in your top six is better than Mikkel Boedker it's because you're an Olympic team. Also, the guys in the draft and the guys in Rochester likely won't be ready to have nearly the type of impact Boedker has for a few years. I love Bailey, Fasching and Baptiste. I could see Bailey and Fasching on the team next season, but I don't see them as being ready to be true top-six players. They may get top-six minutes but I don't think they'll play more important roles on a team than Boedker. Am I wrong for getting the vibe that you're arguing against acquiring Boedker during this season? The idea of getting Boedker focuses on signing him as a free agent. I think it would be a mistake to give up assets for him on an expiring contract right now, and I think most here would agree with that (maybe all?).
