Offense was 2nd overall in yards which is how the NFL measures it. They were also 2nd in scoring for good measure tho.

Irritating game...didn't think the Sabres played terribly, just got a weird bounce of the first and then their normal start of the 3rd period mental vacation goal... Outside of that I thought it was even and Bobrobsky made some good saves for them. Sabres gotta learn how to play better against this type of team...

Really starting to hate the Panthers.

The only good thing on this broadcast has been seeing Katie Engleson on the screen...my goodness...the Sabres need to hire someone like that.

I dunno but it's all computerized overlays. How hard is it to add that info to the overlay? As a software engineer I can tell you not very.

The Sabres need to find a Gudas on D...dude has broken up every chance the Sabres have had while he has been on the ice.

Why are other team broadcasts all so much better than ours in terms of giving us shot totals on the screen, faceoff win peecentages prior to the draws, and lines on the ice at the bottom of the screen?? MSG broadcast is garbage in comparison in terms of information you can easily see on screen.

It was interesting on many of those plays there was no checkdown option...it was the old Daboll move of allowing Allen's legs to be the checkdown...there were some gaping holes up the middle and Allen attempted to take off several times but the Fins did an exceptional job of making him think he had a lane to run through and then closing it down as soon as he started to run...barely got tackled a few times where it would have been 20+ yard runs if he got through as there was nobody in the middle of the field.

Nashville was getting quantity over quality tho. Not many were great scoring chances. The Sabres on the other hand seemingly had an endless array of odd man rushes including two on ones, breakaways and even a two on zero rush at one point.

It worked to a degree. In the Flyers game they just looked emotionally drained after really putting in effort to ensure they won for the city after the Damar Hamlin incident...the other two games they were the better team with more scoring chances and at least 3 goals in each game they usually score in their sleep that didn't go in.

Comrie is equally bad. I'd rather see UPL and Anderson filling in as needed How did that work for them? The Sabres left 6 or 7 goals on the ice.

Subban is terrible. Why do the Sabres like bad goalies so much?

He turned an easy 5-1 win into a tie game going into the third. He has really cooled off after 4 or 5 good games in a row...the last 3 have been average at best.

What else could Nashville do? Not like they could skate with them. Looked similar to the old slow Flyer teams in the playoffs against the lockout Sabres. All they can try and do is hit them because they were getting skated out of the building.

Nice composure to come back and own the third period after two weak goals allowed them to tie it. Now let's go on another long winning streak. Yeah they could have scored 10 tonight.

They skated circles around them. It was embarrassing actually how slow they looked. Reminded me of the old Flyers against the Sabres in that playoff series.

Nashville broadcast is so annoying...they keep cutting the screen down to go to some dude who is going around the building in the crowd and talking to people...it's like show the freaking game!
