Generally speaking, as far as D prospects in this draft go - there is no reason to overpay. Worst draft for D in years. Buffalo did well to grab theirs last year. There are very few stand-out D candidates. As for Forwards - I actually think there are a fair number of promising prospects. The trouble is that there are very few D men worth a first round pick to flesh out the draft - - so I think Buffalo might have to move up to get forward prospects that would normally be available in the second round.

Doesn't matter who wins, I always get choked up when the cup comes out. It was a great game. -

With that kind of money they could buy 46 percent of the Clippers.

I really don't care what happens to the Bills, but if it ends up with the Pegulas, at least I trust them with the stadium decisions.

No harm in qualifying Luke Adam. He provides depth for camp, and was Rochester's best goalscorer. It's not likely he has any trouble clearing waivers.- 254 replies

I really like Tuch http://www.thehockeynews.com/blog/nhl-prospect-hot-list-boston-college-commit-alex-tuch/ But check out this sentence::  Alex Tuch, RW – U.S. NTDP (USHL) Coming in at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds with a heavy power game, Tuch may have had the oddest choice for favorite player growing up: finesse pivot Tim Connolly. Of course, it makes a bit more sense when you know that Connolly’s parents lived next door to Tuch outside of Syracuse, N.Y. and seeing Connolly suit up for the Islanders and Sabres had an effect on young Tuch. And while Connolly played major junior, Tuch is looking forward to playing at Boston College next season.

There is plenty of ammo to do that with all the picks, and perhaps a player.

Brothers in arms, ready to pillage the research triangle. Woooo!

I'd be very happy with Reinhart and Demko (not that I'd chase him) Ho Sang I'd be okay with - but not in the first round. I'd want Scherbeck, Milano, Bleakley, Kempe, Tuch, Larkin, or Karlsson first.

he's had a chance to watch some pretty good players in the last few years.
