I think Brian Rafalski has a good case. Him and Stevens were dominant as a pair. 3 Stanley Cups. 5 trips to the finals with NJ and Detroit. I don't think he gets the call.....mostly because of his slow path to the NHL, NCAA, years in Europe, and his (cough) citizenship.

I think the St. Louis 2015 would help. But traditionally teams hate trading out of these spots. It would be expensive.
