Bryce Brown is an awesome pickup. The guy has talent galore, and is still young.

-not being afraid to trade young talent like Kessel and Seguin, when they realize they don't fit their system -consistently surrounding young players with good veterans like Iginla, Chara, Jagr, etc -I think their team pack mentality really benefits the young players, and lets them feel comfortable. They know they are protected by the goonism of players like Lucic, Marchand, Thornton, Chara, Boychuk, etc

I hope not. Keep in mind, MTL had 3 or more goals in each of the first 3 games. Also, Rask only has something like 5 wins in 20 career games against MTL...

I had the same thing happen at an old apartment. The upstairs neighbors called and complained about noise in my apartment - I was on vacation in California the day they complained. Guess someone must've broken in, threw a major rager, and cleaned up and left everything exactly the way I had left it. Kinda like Weird Science, I guess.

I never watch college football, but I watched clips of Watkins after the pick. He does look special, reminded me of Julio (ESPN was comparing him to Dez, which I disagree with). I'm stoked.

I'm with Ink on this one. Gruden knows his stuff. He doesn't fluff up certain players like Pierre Maguire does with lame, run of the mill adjectives, he's analytical.

Funny that the ticket increase comes on the same day that my job announces a pay decrease for everyone. The company I work for is making more than ever before. The Sabres are currently awful. Funny how that works.
