    I think the league would have moved the canes to QC already if it wasn't for that arena lease agreement. Apparently breaking it would cost 3 x times more than moving the team.

    Yeah I can't see him fall after the 2nd round myself, but many mock drafts do. I would take him with the 38th pick even.

    I don't know why people want to pay so much for the #4 pick, you either offer up #8 and a 2nd or Girgensons and a 2nd. We are ditching a proven NHL player, for Tkachuck who is one of the worst when it comes to skating speed you can have in this draft. Also how much have his stats been inflated by playing on the same line with Marner and Dvorak.

    A bit on the small side with only being 5'9 , but certainly worth a 3rd or late 2nd pick. I can imagine him coming in the league in 3 years and do what sheary does for crosby now.

    Ty ronning He did well at certain phyiscal tests at the combine, is ranked #88 so could fall to us in the 3rd round. Is my sleeper and I think he would be a bargain in the 3rd round.

    Also paying less taxes in florida , so he'd probably have more then signing with us or Toronto. You'd have to 11 mill to get him I think.

    Our defense taking some hits lately with injuries, not feeling good about our chances now. Kompany, engels, lombaerts , boyata all out already :(

    Personally I want to thank the kurdish peshmerga's and the special forces of many countries that are battling in northern IraQ and Syria. Good to see those guys finally gaining some ground.
