  1. Whoever gets there first at midnight tonight.
  2. Reinhart is going to have to learn center at the NHL level sooner or later. Last year when O'Reilly went down was the perfect time. This is another shining opportunity.
  3. Better that it happens now than before the playoffs next year. The team will still be better than it was last year. If Lehner is as good as Dudacek says then we should still make the playoffs this year.
  4. I was so looking forward to caring about hockey. I forgot about the downside to caring...
  5. Wait. Blue drafts tonight? Awesome!
  6. What the . Blech. At least Dan HAS to play Samson at pivot now.
  7. I pulled a d4rk and didn't show up to the draft.
  8. Oh Sean Bean... You'll always have my heart.
  9. Seguin and Bergeron... Man, imagine the dynasty that Boston could've had if they weren't a bunch of short-sighted dinosaurs.
  10. If Dan plays Eichel - Larsson - Girgensons - Grant instead of putting Samson at center I'm going to freakin' lose it.
  11. Jack becomes our Seguin and Samson becomes our Bergeron.
  12. Holy . Steve Yzerman sold his soul to the devil. (The real one, not Lou L)
  13. Yeah... That's what i was tryna say.
  14. I was hoping for Murray to pick up a #4 C this summer. I'm glad that Grant emerged and I'm curious to finally get a look at him.
  15. ^20 minute looping gif
  16. I think a balanced top 9 is the best approach for our stable of forwards. Ennis - O'Reilly - Okposo Girgensons - Eichel - Samson Kane - Larsson - Fasching Foligno - Grant - Gionta
  17. Nope, I have a game. Could probably swing 9.
  18. I'd much rather have Zemgus playing third fiddle to Sam and Jack. I'll concede that he's probably not a top 6er as far as talent goes, but he definitely has the tools to be an effective complimentary player. I think Zemgus is a lot better than he played last year.
  19. My condolences, Flagg. :( What a week you've had.
  20. Blood Sugar Sex Magik and One Hot Minute are the two essential RHCP albums for me. Mother's Milk, By The Way, and Californication are on the next tier.
  21. The Netflix reboot starts slow but is definitely worth the watch. It doesn't reach the level of perfection that the original series did, but I love where they decided to go with many of the characters.
  22. Mag 7 was good. It didn't reinvent the wheel or accomplish anything special (like it could have), but it was a lot of fun. Action movies should take notes on the way Mag 7 depicted masculine sensitivity. All the characters were baddasses, but it didn't get in the way of them caring for other people and admitting that they enjoy one another's company. For all the diversity on display in the movie, it's a shame that they couldn't find more for the single solitary female character to do. It's also a shame that none of the 7 were women. Ethan Hawke's character Goodnight Robicheaux was my favorite. A confederate sniper with PTSD who was in the battle of Antitam and hisses when faced with conflict. I've been on a huge Arrested Development kick lately. Rewatched seasons 1-3 and finally watching season 4. Michael is just the worst. The satire is so perfect. The show feels like it could never ever exist in any time but the Bush Administration, and yet it still feels so modern with how well written and hilarious it is. I don't think I'll ever get sick of Arrested Development.
  23. Hasn't Larsson also been exclusively at center? Please let Hot Daniel roll four lines.
  24. I love QC. Jeff Jacques approaches real life issues very positively in a really grounded way. I feel like most works of fiction turn the angst/drama up to 11 in a lot of those situations.
