I'm with JJ. Football is nigh unwatchable. I can't get through the commercials of a game unless the Bills are playing. I can't care enough about another team to watch 150 minutes of commercials and BS. Every single game is tainted by abysmal reffing. How hard would it be for the NFL to set up a command center of refs to handle all "flag challenges" from over the league (similar to Toronto for hockey). You train 30-40 new refs and make sure they are all on the same page as far as rule enforcement goes. Have quality control meetings and review bad calls, and what the right call would've been. The NFL with their hundreds of billions of dollars doesn't care about the product on the field, and probably never will. Why should I watch? (because I'm stupid)

I don't agree with you here. I would if Darcy was still the GM. Now that Tim's here the Hodgson contract sucks, but it's not cementing any message. Just another challenge for our intrepid hero to overcome.

It certainly hasn't been trading up with 1st round picks, because this is the first time we've done that. Woosh there he goes. Our coaching is abysmal, and the refs are a joke. Or the other way around.

Well waddaya know. Me too. And it's awesome. This is how I feel too. And freakin' DeLuca I love this. They were fore checking the bejeezus out of Tampa last night. Flynnos and Mitchellsons are both great skaters, and Giontas is no slouch. I'm glad Nolan finally set the team to rights. So fun to watch. This is the environment we want our youngins learning in. Notes from the game: -Nikita, Tyler, Tyler, Zemgus, Rasmus, and Matt lugged the mail once again. Gorges too, probably. Awesome stuff from the guys that are going to be here for a while. -Enroth was spectacular. He just knows where the puck is going to be, and he's quick as all hell. -If he skates like that every night, Brian Flynn can be an NHLer. -Rasmus's offensive game is significantly more developed than Nikita's. And he might just have more talent in general. His hands were really on display last night.

I think that his style is much more suited to Star Wars. IMO, he can stay the ###### away from Star Trek. Main stream science fiction can still be a thing, right?!?! There was so much hype for this trailer that my dad thought the movie was about to come out. -

I remember being angry at Shanny at the time when I watched the kid go down (despite the fact that I don't care about the Skins). He so clearly wasn't healthy, it's a bad joke turned nightmare.

Eh, he hasn't looked too good to me. He's certainly been doing a good job of tearing up the jets and not turning the ball over, but else wise he's just another journeyman.

Vaguely. We drafted Kiko at 8th overall, and then he laid an egg. 2 months later, a fully grown EJ Manuel hatched from it.
