    I keep hearing that Nolan is going to get canned and that he is not a team player, I get the point of view, but it's no certainty that he's gone.... In fact I think he will be the coach for at least another year regardless of where we are at the end of the year.... Just my opinion.... And I'm OK with it unless there is a very very good candidate willing to step in ie. Babcock

    Well as far as the game goes, buffalo out shot and outplayed the leafs last night, Matt Ellis got a gwg...... And the place was full of blue and white.... Deep inside yes I was hoping for an L, but it was quite a weird sight, because most of the leaves fans I talked to wanted their team to lose as well and at least a dozen believe the lottery is fixed in Toronto's favor, crazy times man..... I cant wait for a GDT to be about the Damn game again

    It's said riding the rail back with leaf fans smiling that they lost and asking me how I feel about our team blowing the tank and talking about how they will win the lottery... Of course I reply with, "how does it feel to lase to Matt Ellis" which shuts them up.... I'm still disappointed

    I blame the refs, not calling enough penalties on us..... They are killing the tank!!! (since we've been so bad I haven't seen much arguing about officiating and conspiracies, therefore It needed to be brought up)

    This tank is a powerful thing.... Turning friends and brothers into the bitterest of enemies, families turning on each other, minds being manipulated like a Freudian experiment while the whole Damn time we are in this maze, there is no f'ing cheese at the end, only a stiff backhand to the remnants of our souls I think this is partially true, but there will be more blue and white than expected.... Just like us Sabres fans, there are plenty of Toronto fans that suffer thru it all..... At least we've been better at tanking than them

    Well I caved in, I bought tickets for this game..... Hope to see some fire, some fights and ultimately a big L...... I won't go as far as actively cheering with f'ing leafs fans, that's beneath me.... But deep inside every time we hit a post I will smile. As stated before no point in winning now....lose 3-2 but have Kaleta take some heads off and 44 knock some teeth out in the process

    I went out last night, first time in forever I actually sat down for beer and hockey.... Went to a buffalo wild wings..... Everyone there was totally in on the tank, however shortly into the game you could tell the Sabres were in it to win it.... From what I saw, it was 2 bad teams. I didn't get the sense of mailing it in from either side...for the sabs to put up 40 SOG is nothing short of amazing tho. I drank, left saddened to an extent and now have to deal with whiny patients, oh joy

    Pasquales has delicious stuffed banana pepper pizza..... Some late nights when nothing else is open I go to Jims steak out and get a diavlo adding stuffed hot peppers to it.... Talk about a bad next day.... Never fails.

    I love lurking here, I don't have a ton to offer at most times, many of my ideas have been rehashed over and over again and I don't need to build that flame bigger. I will be on call and at the hospital this evening and I will not watch the game, I will However check on here for updates and laughs!!! I may actually miss some of the bickering and arguing if we lock this up..... But then again, we will always find something to argue about, it's the f#xking SabreSpace wine mixer!!!!
