Hahaha, I have worked very hard in life to get to the point where I am. Botox injections, magnesium, imitrex, and if all else fails an IV cocktail of toradol, benadryl, Zofran and solu-medrol with a liter of IV fluid does the trick quite nicely without doping ya up, sometimes I use Phenergan too (in place of Zofran) depending on the patient, no need for the D word (that's what we call it) It all started when the govt made the pain scale part of the vitals, anything more than a 3 pain had to be treated, there is no recovering from that even though they're trying now.

It was actually moving on the plate when It came, the chefs took it from the tank, did their magic and served it, crazy!!!! I guess to be a certified fugu chef, they train for 3 years, and the final test is them preparing a fish and eating it themselves, only a 30% pass rate.

So I ate the Fugu and didn't die, it's so cool to say that I've eaten the most poisonous food in the world ?

I won't lie, I loved Columbus, I went there for some training at the central Ohio trauma system, stayed in Gahanna (sp) went to the zoo, Jenis ice cream, the sausage house in Germantown, went to the Victorian neighborhood and then to a giant food mall downtown near the coolest antique shop I've ever seen.
