  1. When I make Phillies at home, take all that time to hand slice the ribeye thin, I'm putting like 10 slices of provolone on top and melting that bad boy into a dream. Provolone is the Sam Reinhart of cheese, underrated.
  2. Already on the China website for 29$ 😁
  3. Dude, if NE comes back and is in the race at the end, my soul will die. Talk about a kick into the left testicle.
  4. In other surprising news, New England beat Baltimore last night.... That's helpful to us. Maybe
  5. I don't know who the old timers are (except Connery) but I don't care for Daniel Craig too much.... He's on the same level as Jason Statham for me, just blah.
  6. Because, I get about 3 games max a year where I get to be home and sit down for a game on the couch. Also, because I'm a fan and with 34 seconds left, I was pretty pumped. Just don't expect the Hail Mary to work all too often.
  7. This one hurts
  8. I def don't need another jersey, but if China makes a cheap one, I'll probably buy 😂😂
  9. Of course, I always had a strong work ethic, I took that into the Navy with me. Somewhere in the last 5-10 years something changed, not sure if medicine did it, I still work hard and to the best of my abilities, but the days of bragging and one upping friends about working more hours per week are over lol. Not everyone has that ability and I understand that; maybe I've gone soft in my advanced age 😂
  10. I'll get it too most likely, I heard rumblings that medical personnel will be the first to get them.... We'll see about that. With travel and all it may end up being a new requirement. I honestly just want to get back down to Africa and unplug as soon as I can, but they're pretty strict with immunizations.
  11. The feeling like crap is a normal body response to most vaccines, I particularly get this prodrome of symptoms with most influenza shots each year. The rest is definitley concerning, we had a small discussion up thread about this, many employers/schools/etc may be able to not allow you to work or attend without getting one. This country is ripped in half and I don't see how this is going to go over well.
  12. To keep my job I will have to. If it wasn't forced on me, I still probably would though. I have been getting the flu shot yearly and when I'm of age I'll get the pneumonia vaccines. I do believe in vaccinations, especially seeing how the 3rd world is doing every year. I just want people to know the limitations of vaccinations is all. I hear so much that this is going to solve the issue and that just simply isn't the case.
  13. I think you'll see a fair amount of people that will absolutley not go near this.
  14. Work/life balance is important, it's more important than salary in most cases, I leave a bunch on the table to fulfill my life goals
  15. 20 medium duffs wings for the rights to Dylan Larkin
  16. Probably, this isn't going anywhere it's a new virus that we'll deal with, no biggie there.... Just getting over the hump now.
  17. I'll trade houses.... Along with the mortgage payments 😁
  18. Where I work they replaced all the lights with traffic circles, no idea why. Where I live, I need a snowmobile to get home
  19. I was being sarcastic, poorly so. We have a bunch of traffic circles in town and I swear that no one knows how to properly use them.
  20. You shouldn't be allowed to enter a traffic circle if your IQ is less than 50
  21. This is a form of social media 😎, about the only one I have. My life has gotten significantly better since deleting any other accounts I had back in March. I use What's app to talk to my kiddos in Africa, and then I spend wayyyy too much time on here 😜
  22. That explains why some of them were so Onry, I think the one tried eating my hand 😂
  23. Sure, it's a guard over the face, much like a sneeze guard at a salad bar helps, but maybe that spare boogie makes it in to the mashed potatoes 😁 I've never refuted masks, they help, they're easy, but they're not a total solution. So many people in my circle have said that if we all wore masks since day 1 then this would be over by now, I just can't get there. Hell, I even agreed with keeping big gatherings down, concerts, etc. Much like Sweden still did. I am having a hard time with all the other little things that are simply window dressing. 8 months in, it seems longer.....here's hoping with fingers and toes crossed that by summer we can start getting back towards a more normal life.
  24. This place is so cool!
